Asked for a specific salad because I’m allergic to certain things and they gave me a regular salad with everything took it back and they acted like they didn’t want to give me another so had to complain and be a little rude then they brought me the salad I asked for with the smallest piece of meat they could find which I find completely petty a guy named Ryan was the main culprit this Chik fi la needs to learn the proper way of what it means to be a Chik fa la employee and it all falls back on the management and owner for not making sure they hire energetic thoughtful employees

Chick Fil A forgot to give us our hashbrowns which is not an issue, people make mistakes and forget. We politely went back into the drive thru line to let them know and the young man working there said he would go inside and let them know that they forgot. He had just took care of our order so knew we had indeed ordered hash browns. When I went in the employees were extremely rude and accusatory.
Attached photo of the receipt for the very unprofessional and disrespectful employee who rudely insulted us to another employee helping us implying to check our receipt since I looked like I was just trying to get free food. Implying your customers are trying to steal is disgusting and though we go to chick fil an often this occurrence will definitely make us think twice if we are going to be wrongly treated like criminals. Chick Fil A used to be known for their customer service.
Disrespecting us over some hashbrowns that we PURCHASED is insane.

First, I was greeted by a young man named lumen. He kept his head down, Voice low in the interaction was very dull. Chick-fil-A is known for its great atmosphere and energetic employees. I told him that everything‘s gonna be OK and to cheer up. On top of that, I ordered a breakfast burrito bowl and I honestly wanna throw it away because there was barely any food in it. I don’t know who’s over this location, but it definitely needs some management help.

We had a great experience! The whole staff was very friendly. We would like to thank Kevin Kite for coming over and speaking with us. We enjoyed our conversation about family and kids growing up. Kevin, the girls loved the treat you gave them. It was a special surprise for them as we got back on the road for vacation. Thank you!
Dietary restrictions: CFA is great with accommodating our gluten free diets. The gluten free buns are very good!
Chick-fil-A is Chick-fil-A. You gotta love it. Of all the fast food places it is obviously very popular and very addictive. Somehow in someway, it feels like a healthier option and they do have healthier options. So many things at Chick-fil-A are amazing and above average. It keeps you coming back. This particular location, no offense, but I feel like the service has been a little lower than average, but maybe I’m just getting old and the behavior and attitudes of very young people are starting to rub me the wrong way? Either way if you’ve never been to Chick-fil-A or if you need to go to Chick-fil-A, this is a wonderful option. One thing I will say is that getting in and out of this parking lot is horrible especially at rush-hour. It really is a nightmare so if you are in a rushor are already irritable from a hard day at work, go ahead and choose a different location.

Vegetarian options: Southwest Tortilla soup. Really hardy and keeps you warm in this snowy weather.
I ordered grilled chicken sandwich on a GF bun. When my sandwich was delivered to my table, a team member saw me get up with my take my tray back to the counter and quickly intervened. He personally brought the correct order to me and offered to bring me a cookie. Since I cannot eat gluten, he later brought me a gift card for a future purchase. I really appreciated all that he did to make it right. It let me know how much the location cares about customer service.
