We got wrong drinks, wrong sauces, no toys for kids. Bathrooms were absolutely foul. Kids play area was so sticky and gross. They were moderately busy but not even close enough to have everything this neglected.

Service was great food was good spicy chicken sandwich was a little tough I got Mac and cheese instead of fries with my meal it was good too, just a little to much ice in my drink so I got a refill before I got my To go order and told them a little less ice over all I give it a 9 out of 10

My wife loves the grilled chicken. Friendly staff! We rarely eat here though due to more Styrofoam trash and plastic than food. I read we use 500,000,000 plastic straws every day in US. No wonder we ALL have plastic in our blood, heart, and brains...especially kids. Please reduce. Do we really need straws and lids on every cup of drink and ice cream? Restaurants that only give straws when asked reduced the waste 70%. Thanks!

Again, another Chick-fil-A as expected, they seem to be pretty consistent for the most part, besides places, lacking in communication in the kitchen, which I assume has to do with the staff training, which comes to the management. My only issue with this one was the fact of the parking was a bit awkward, but I guess it’s the location at fault here and not actually the restaurant

This location needs a good cleaning. Everything is dirty. Greasy fingerprints covering everything from the entry doors to the credit card maxing to the POS to the doors between the kitchen and the front of the house. These people are touching our food and every surface is nasty. The floors are so dirty. Not expecting these teenagers who are already overworked and underpaid to keep up. But hire a cleaning company or something. It’s not a good impression.

Asked for a specific salad because I’m allergic to certain things and they gave me a regular salad with everything took it back and they acted like they didn’t want to give me another so had to complain and be a little rude then they brought me the salad I asked for with the smallest piece of meat they could find which I find completely petty a guy named Ryan was the main culprit this Chik fi la needs to learn the proper way of what it means to be a Chik fa la employee and it all falls back on the management and owner for not making sure they hire energetic thoughtful employees

Chick Fil A forgot to give us our hashbrowns which is not an issue, people make mistakes and forget. We politely went back into the drive thru line to let them know and the young man working there said he would go inside and let them know that they forgot. He had just took care of our order so knew we had indeed ordered hash browns. When I went in the employees were extremely rude and accusatory.
Attached photo of the receipt for the very unprofessional and disrespectful employee who rudely insulted us to another employee helping us implying to check our receipt since I looked like I was just trying to get free food. Implying your customers are trying to steal is disgusting and though we go to chick fil an often this occurrence will definitely make us think twice if we are going to be wrongly treated like criminals. Chick Fil A used to be known for their customer service.

First, I was greeted by a young man named lumen. He kept his head down, Voice low in the interaction was very dull. Chick-fil-A is known for its great atmosphere and energetic employees. I told him that everything‘s gonna be OK and to cheer up. On top of that, I ordered a breakfast burrito bowl and I honestly wanna throw it away because there was barely any food in it. I don’t know who’s over this location, but it definitely needs some management help.
