We ordered food and paid on their app for this location. After waiting quite a while (the fundamental reason for a 3 star review) we asked about our order. They had no clue and had no record of it and had to make it from scratch then and there. At least they covered the cost which was nice.

This store has incredibly slow service! Waited in the drive through for 8 minutes Tuesday morning. Almost made me late for work! At lunch today i was given wrong item. I’m not going back!!

This is the closest Chick-fil-A to me so I do frequent it. I will save that the parking lot and drive-through accessibility are not the best of the best, but it is not horrible or annoying. Bannerman Crossing is gaining popularity and is a hotspot in the area and I am so very thankful that they have a Chick-fil-A. The staff here seems to be very professional and sweet and effective And you know the trigger words “my pleasure” will be heard every single time.

Inflation has really hurt them...and it is apparent.
The sandwiches have doubled in price, and have gotten 1/2 the size - and not as tasty. I was totally disappointed yesterday when I bit into my sandwich and then pulled back the bread to discover razor-thin chicken and gristle.
You can tell they have an economics problem - the drive thru used to be a madhouse with gridlock. Now you can generally pull right up...indicating others feel the quality has gone down and not worth the increase in price.
They exceeded market equilibrium. Sad.
This is what happens when we are $35 trillion in debt as a country. Money becomes value-less...then businesses demand more money and try to sneak in shrink-flation tactics. Sometimes it works, sometimes it backfires. The good thing for this location is that there are not many choices for food (not much competition) - but that could change as the town grows. Tallahassee is very resistant to change, but it is inevitable.

Chick-fil-A is the most consistent fast food restaurant I have ever experienced. Best drive through management, efficient staff, and normally great food. My wife and I stopped at this location after a concert in Tallahassee Saturday evening. The waffle fries were so salty, they were hardly edible. Our chicken sandwiches were over salted as well. Finally, my diet sun joy, which I love, was quite bitter. Not sure the issue, but that location was off it's game Saturday evening.

Well I never truly had a problem with the food but it most definitely had a very bad smell walking in all throughout the store it smell like urine and wet dog nobody likes to eat in those kind of smells needs to get fixed ASAP other than that everyone was nice food was great
