Today was the first time in over 100 visits that I have ever had a chik-fil-a restaurant mess up my Togo order. I actually didn’t know if it was possible! Well it is! This is also on me for not checking. Just be aware.

Have been sick for days, had my son pick up a basic chicken sandwich, it was so over done and salty, it was barely edible. So disappointing.

We ordered food and paid on their app for this location. After waiting quite a while (the fundamental reason for a 3 star review) we asked about our order. They had no clue and had no record of it and had to make it from scratch then and there. At least they covered the cost which was nice.

This store has incredibly slow service! Waited in the drive through for 8 minutes Tuesday morning. Almost made me late for work! At lunch today i was given wrong item. I’m not going back!!
Julian was rude and standoffish in the drive through line - wouldn’t let me add anything to my mobile order which was a first for me. This chil fil a usually holds a very high standard, very disappointed

This is the closest Chick-fil-A to me so I do frequent it. I will save that the parking lot and drive-through accessibility are not the best of the best, but it is not horrible or annoying. Bannerman Crossing is gaining popularity and is a hotspot in the area and I am so very thankful that they have a Chick-fil-A. The staff here seems to be very professional and sweet and effective And you know the trigger words “my pleasure” will be heard every single time.
