Here is my take, although after a call to the restaurant they made a wrong order right. That is never the point in my opinion. If a person orders a few items and the items are not what you ask for, there needs to be a way to correct the situation there not after a phone call. Maybe repeat the order and make it clear of the PRICE bc most will order the SAME meals each visit BUT never get a price and just tap their card assuming the price is what they are normally charged. It's frustrating when you don't get the price from the attendee and find out it's higher than your normal visit. Finding out at home that the order was not correct and having to call up bc the price was 5.00 more than normal. Again, they did indeed make it all good but it should never come to that point. When you usually pay 17.00 and you're charge 23.00 it's a concern. Even after asking the person who brought it out to you says, maybe prices went up. I like Chick-fil-A over all other chicken places. Why I keep coming back.

I always have a great experience at this Chick-fil-a with their friendly staff and quick service. When I went yesterday (02/24) I particularly enjoyed chitchatting with Campbell, who took the extra time to make conversation with me in the drive-thru. She has amazing customer service skills and a great attitude!

visited here yesterday, the guy taking my order got it wrong and did not repeat it back to me. also, i ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was not spicy at all. the customer service was good, however i wish my order was correct.

It's Chick-fil-A, what more can you say? This location was open when others closed for a storm so the drive thru was clogged. Other than that, everything was good. I know service is their thing, but I'm sure they could solve the drive thru time issue by adding speakers instead of the chatty people in the line. I know it seems nice but it takes so long to get out. Otherwise good is almost always great.

It's amazing how young college and high school students team can run a chick-fil-a. They are fast and efficient. When they mess up an order on accident, they will give you time to come back for a whole fresh meal. The hospitality and the food is what makes this place great.
Oh my God. As Owner Of DODB Auto Detailing. I know what it is when it comes to customer service. However. This Chic Fil A is hands down the best in Tallahassee. My wife and I LOVE Olivia energetic demeanor. Very polite. Driven to get the job done. We need more people like her in the world. Augusta. He showed excellent patience while taking our order. Not rushing us. He was polite like Olivia. and I believe the other lady name was aneisa? Sorry if we go your name wrong you know who you are. Excellency is all we can say about you. This shift tonight is probably something we will not get at another restaurant. last but never least there was Xavier he was on point making sure that the store was sanitized to perfection. My wife and I Thank you for that once in a lifetime experience.

The Chick-fil-A on W Call Street is always on top of their stuff. We had Hayden in the drive through. He is super friendly and chatty and our food came out super fast. He also talked about Fantasy Football which made my bf happy ?

If you've ever wondered if there would be a time that Chick-fil-A would not be worth it that time is now at this location. Slowest service you'll ever get at a Cfa. Order is always wrong and customer service is not yo standard. Been a few times here and it's just never worth it. Go to the other cfa across the street closer to fsu it's much faster and has better customer service.
