I went there this morning, and was trying to order my food, but yet I was getting cut off by the person that was taking my order.I even said thank you after she gave me my debit card back she just gave me a crazy look. I'm just going to assume that this may be her first job that she'd ever encountered!!!

The : The Them / They female don’t know what pronouns she go by . She had on a light blue shirt is rude and bias . Picked up an order and told her I confirm the order . She didn’t believe me and didn’t want to give me the order . I asked do she think I will steal the order she said yeah and it happened before . My door dash rating is 5 star never stole anyone order and always gave good customer service. This female worker with the short hair cut , light blue shirt need to be retrained

Bro this has to be the slowest cfa ive ever been too, the service is terrible. There is 5 dashers, 6 including me. I get if youre a little backed up you might wanna take it slow but they are just ignoring us. Asking 1 at a time. When i can see multiple orders ready

Jasmine, the manager in duty and her staff were absolutely AMAZING- they saved the day for us when a last minute cancellation from another restaurant left 35 teachers and staff at our high school without lunch for a faculty event. I called around and no one could accommodate us last minute. At 10:30am Jasmine and her staff told us they would make it happen for us and put together an amazing meal in an Hour and a Half and by NOON, I was picking up the food with the help of more lovely staff (Lorenzo also gets big props) and on my way to feed our teachers!!! I can’t believe they could do this for us, but Chic-Fil-A at 1650 W. Tennessee St in Tallahassee, with Jasmine at the helm, pulled it off in record time! We are extremely grateful and want to make sure we let them (and everyone) know how great this location is!! Thank you!!!

I HATE THE NEW DRIVE THRU. WHO DECIDED THAT MOBILE ORDERS NEED A WHOLE LINE FOR THEIR ORDER??? they can either go inside and pick it up or sit in a parking spot. IS THAT NOT WHAT THE PARKING SPOTS WERE FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE?? change the drive thru back NOW.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!My boyfriend and I went through the drive through as I was feeling extremely sick and needed food in my system and the boy taking our order seemed completely out of it and not trained at all, my boyfriend repeated 3 times he wants the chicken sandwhich COMBO, and he puts two on the order, my boyfriend corrects him and then he switches it to just a chicken sandwhich! Then he corrected him AGAIN, and orderded my cobb salad, can't be too hard to mess up right? Wrong! They forgot the best part the CHICKEN on the cobb salad leaving it bland for me to eat (still got charged for the regular chicken on the salad!) and guess what else they forgot? The Avocado lime ranch, the funny part is my boyfriend said 3 times as well that we need two Avocado lime ranch but it's like everything was completley ignored. We get home open the bags and see the disaster of an order , the cherry on top was they didn't add the fries for his combo meal either, We live 30 minutes away by the way, so now we have to drive all the way back to get the stuff we PAID for, and waste a complete hour of our day. And I know you may think "why didn't you double check the bags" but usually chic fil a is great at getting things right but this location failed miserably, and it shouldn't be the customers responsibility to check that they did what they did what they were supposed to.

This location is always an okay experience for me. The staff I have been helped with seem very distracted and chatting while customers are waiting and the service is pretty slow compared to the Chick-fil-A on the other side of the road. It also seems that the right drive through line is usually slower than the left every time I go, so maybe that’s something to look into. In the couple times I’ve been here, the left line will have 2-3 people receive their food while the right line waits for theirs.
