As always, the staff is great, friendly and our food was great. Chick-fil-A really has it down when it comes to customer service and food quality! I have yet to visit a bad chick-Fil-A across FL.

Food tasted off - as if the oil wasn't changed regularly? Very difficult to figure out where to go, very friendly and nice service but far too slow. Unimpressive CfA (and I visit Chick-fil-A at least once weekly). My first and only visit to this location, I won't return.

Food great, the sun from the windows are blinding...and the events are great but I was denied to a 2nd order for a event from 6-10 10/14 even thou it was free sandwhichs which purchase per transaction. So I guess even though the invitation was per transaction staff only does 1 per person.

Edit: dropped another star and won't be going back. I'm not sure what language I need to speak to actually get a chargrilled chicken sandwich at this location, been here twice and they did the exact same thing. Chargrilled chicken sandwich doesn't even sound like chic fil a sandwich.

Service was fast, food decent. Had to repeat my order 3 times and they still got it wrong. It was literally 2 char grilled chicken sandwiches, nothing complicated. What did I end up with? 2 fried chicken sandwiches. Check your order before you leave.

AWFUL. & I love chic fil a but this location needs major improvement.
Line long and NOT moving (most chic lines are long but move quickly, the young lady who took my order entered the correct order , got the wrong order at the window , people at the window no sense of urgency , talking gossiping about boyfriends etc moving slow & worried about the wrong stuff !!! Had to come back to get my order made right by time I pulled over to eat my fries were cold. Horrible, horrible , horrible. Won’t be back to this location

I had a catering order for this location, Will was so helpful in coordinating my order and making sure that everything was ready for us even though it had not been entered into the system. I am so grateful that Will took the time to provide excellent customer service! If everyone was as patient and helpful as him, the world would be a much better place. Thank you, Will!

I have came to this location two days in a row. Both times my fries were cold. I had nuggets today and they were cold as well. They’re clearly doing the bare minimum in there because its no way I can go 5 minutes down the street and my whole meal is cold. I see why no one ever comes here and reverts to the location across the street. This location needs to be shut down, its pointless. I will wait in line for quality good. Smh!

Absolutely delicious salad with three piece finger.

I do recall.It took a while to get these chicken fingers because they didn't have them available right away.So I wound up waiting but it's worth it as long as it doesn't happen every time.

Used to have fast service with two drive thru lines. Some one had the dumb idea to make one mobile order only and now the drive thru is slow and no one is ever using the mobile order line.

We drove by Tallahassee on our way to Fort Lauderdale and we made at this location one minute before they closed.
Tia was outside taking orders and she was extremely nice. When we approached the window Makayla was also very nice and sweet! We will definitely come back to this location next time we drive by.

I went to get a large fry only. The line inside was short, and my order was taken quickly. I ordered the large fry and 2 BBQ sauces. My order was given to me within a minute and I left.
Outside, the drive-thru was super busy, which is why I went inside to order.
