Not a good day. The soup was a tiny portion and way too much fake bacon bits. The chicken salad was so dry and also a tiny portion.

Not really gluten-free friendly. Also, ordered salad & half of my lettuce was brown & wilted!

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free - they don't really make any accommodations for us. Be careful, even after telling them gluten-free, they gave me crackers & a cookie with gluten, which I didn't eat.

Pasta salad was not very good. Too much vinegar or something. I wanted the fruit salad but they were out that day so I selected this (first time). Never again. Rest of meal was good as usual however.

Long wait at 4:00pm today with one person working counter and technical with system, no ice in ice machine and got home with soup and chicken salad with no crackers.

Fast clean food is not heavy on the stomach , and it's all great food. Try different kinds, and now the hot chicken salad sandwich amazing

The food was great. I ordered the Jalapeño Holly, and my mom ordered the Fancy Nancy, I believe. They also have a baby changing station in the bathroom, so that is a plus for me. I first only saw this small trashcan and thought "wow this is the smallest trashcan in the world." Then I saw the bigger one, lol, so that's why I took the pictures of the trashcans. I also loved the sayings in the bathroom and on the cup. Mom liked the green shade.

Currently leaving the restaurant “Chicken Salad Chick.” I would just like to start of by saying I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING! There’s a Caucasian woman here with gray hair that wears a pixie cut & black dress who seems to not have wanted to greet my mother & I, or even speak to us at all. We walked in & she looked right at us & said NOTHING. These white women walked in through the side door & apparently she knew one of them & she lit up & she more than gave her a positive experience while the other lady cut in front of us & received help from a brown employee. No one spoke to us until a younger woman came & asked if anyone had helped us. I told her no & that it seemed the lady didn’t even want to greet us like she did the other ladies (everyone dining was white.) I left because they didn’t even have tuna salad. But while walking out the lady with the pixie cut & black dress MADE EYE CONTACT WITH ME & quickly looked away. Moral of the story I will never come back here & I do not recommend it! Fellow people of color definitely avoid the place, the atmosphere & aesthetic of the place was enough anyway tbh.

I went today and the staff member kept her back to me as she spoke to me and told me they were out of everything. I will not be returning. I understand being short a product but there is no excuse for dismissive or rude behavior in conveying that information.

This place is really going down hill lately. This will be the third time I’ve ordered from here with issues with my order. Such a shame, because I used to love this place. Third time is enough!
