The food was very good at this location, however, I will never tip another employee at the counter at this location again. I ordered my meal at the counter, paid the employee a 15% tip, and this is what she did: she handed me my receipt and said verbatim "here you go". She never thanked me for my purchase and I spent $21 on a sandwich and a drink.

Always a pleasure dining here! Service is fast and always welcoming. I tried something different at my most recent visit. The ambiance here is also nicely lit and clean feeling. I hadn't been to a CSC in a while, and I believe this was my first ever visit to this location. The young lady who took my order was patient with all my questions and even provided some recommendations. I did the savory one and added bacon, lettuce and tomato. It was so good. Light and satisfying.

I have come here for years. Used to work right next door and come literally everyday. Was baffled when I just called 4 mins after you opened to place an order for pickup because it was easier with my baby. Stacy answered and was so rude to me. I was baffled...I said hey I'd like to place an order for pickup and she said no you can't I have people in front of you you have to go online or cal later. My jaw dropped and I said okay? And she just hung up. Stacy you need a lesson on customer service :/ don't really want to come back now.

It has taken us awhile to get here for the first time but it won't take long for us to get back. Everything was delicious including the pickles on the side and dining in was enjoyable and comfortable. We visited during that in between time after lunch and before supper so it was pretty empty. The dining area is very large and could accommodate a lot of people during busy times. Seating is comfortable. You order at the counter and they bring your food to you. Service was attentive and friendly. Our food came out pretty quick but then there were only two other tables occupied. We tried 3 of their chicken salad offerings: Classic, Lemon Basil and Fancy Fran and I am happy to say that all 3 passed the picky eater test. Prices seem reasonable for what you get. They also have a cooler with quick pickup for the various chicken salads. We are already thinking about loading up the cooler with chicken salads for a relaxing time at the coast.

Staff was cussing & using the f-word to each other, knowing we were in the booth closest to the counter. They also said that the lemonade machine was very stinky (thank God we didn’t get lemonade). Very unpleasant and uncomfortable dinner for my husband and I. I’ve been to a couple CSCs and never experienced such unprofessional staff. Hayley and her female coworker should not be employed here. The male cook in the back didn’t say a word to them.

I ordered the Fancy Nancy on a croissant. The croissant itself was hard on the bottom, which took away from the sandwich. The loaded potato soup had too much cheese and the potatoes were not fully cooked.I love Chicken Salad Chick but today was a horrible experience!

We had a DoorDash order for this place and we got so many dirty looks from the clients which is ridiculous you serve chicken salad sandwiches for Godsakes.I mean really get over yourselves. Snotty people.
Food is great but on Saturdays the young ladies behind the counter prefer to chat and not with customers. Sigh...Parking: Busy retail center, be prepared.
Totally delicious, lots of protein because it's chicken. If you're a man with a woman, take her here and you'll get plenty of brownie points. Highly recommend you toughening up and giving it a shot. Worth your while, plus the portion sizes are exceptional for the money. Get after it!
