Came at 2.30, out of tea, I asked for a drink refund , manager had a bad attitude when I said I was disappointed that there was not tea. Said they have been busy. Then said she had been there for 8 hours. I said thank you for the refund. She said nothing and turned her back

I love chick salad chic but I will NOT stand for employees being mistreated. Emily , the manager I suppose , shushed an employee when he attempted to speak , as an adult you do not have the right to treat another adult that way . He is not a child ! I was very disappointed with her behavior . Someone who works in customer service should also know how to treat their fellow employees

My sister and I had a great meal at this location. I’m usually not a Chicken Salad Chick fan because their salads are too salty for my choice but this stores Fancy Nancy was absolutely perfect. I also had the broccoli salad that was so good I got a large bowl to take home.

Even though the food is delicious and I love going there, we won’t be going back. Last week my husband ordered and we didn’t get what we ordered. Disappointed, we understand mistakes sometime happens. So, this week my husband stopped again. Once again, after getting home, the order was not correct. The ticket was correct but whoever prepares the order got it wrong again!! I would say they have problems with thier kitchen help.

Just the best. I felt totally at home, like I was with friends.

Kid-friendliness: There was no problem with kids and it wasn't difficult to find parking space.

Wheelchair accessibility: A little tight between tables, but rest of the experience makes more than plenty up for it.
I love it and can't wait to go back.

Service was extremely rude. My party of three arrived five minutes before they open. The door was unlocked. We walked inside two steps before some twerp kicked us out and told us they wouldn't serve us. Wouldnt let us sit inside out of the heat. I guess the managers instruct people to turn customers away!

LITERALLY one of my favorite places to eat but recently every time i get my chicken salad on a croissant its hard! i don't know what's going on lately but it seems to me the croissants just aren't fresh at all! this is a bit disappointing considering I prefer my chicken salad sandwiches with lettuce tomato on a croissant! I also found a hair in my pasta salad when I went the time before this one. As a business owner I understand not every day is perfect! But I love eating here just think the bread should be fresher!

Love this place

My first time going there the cashier was very nice and helpful and very patient and her suggestion was great she answered allllll my questions I love their meal the food was delicious I will be back whenever I'm in Tallahassee again

Parking: It's in a plaza and the parking is free you park anywhere
