I’ve ordered many times via DoorDash so I can’t comment on the atmosphere but the food is delicious. I love Fancy Nancy, the Buffalo chicken salad and the Classic.I could eat there every week 😋

I really enjoy dining at various Chicken Salad Chick restaurants. Tonight, there was a strong sour odor as soon as I opened the door. I couldn't stay, the odor was awful and very strong. The person with me said they told the cashier but she did not react or say anything in response. I'm not sure what was causing the odor. But that was very disappointing for me.

Few days ago on November 1st I had an DoorDash order that was supposed to have been ready by the time rotten there but they ran out of it, I was waiting almost 30 minutes to an hour and late going to work but with that being said the guy and young lady at the front was very nice about it. He was very nice and professional. The way they handled my order and still made sure I enjoyed my meal I couldn’t be frustrated anymore. Keep up the good work. What a good way to start the beginning of the month!

The food was just okay and our soups were cold. When I took the soup back to get warmed up the server was very nice but the cooks in the back rolled their eyes.

The girl at the front let some guy just cut in front of us after she just told us to wait because we she was busy. We didn't want to make a scene but in hindsight, we should of. We waited in line patiently and was just ignored. We ended up leaving. We were also the only ones standing there and there was only one other family in the restaurant before this guy came in.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but the experience my friend and I had at this Chicken Salad Chick location was too awful to ignore. The employee named Jessica gave us HORRENDOUS attitude from the moment we walked in. We were simply placing an order and politely asked for another fork — nothing unreasonable — and she acted like it was the biggest inconvenience in the world. Her tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.

It’s really disappointing to encounter that kind of behavior in a place that’s supposed to be friendly and welcoming. If Jessica can’t handle basic customer service without giving attitude, maybe she shouldn’t be working in it. Definitely left a bad taste in our mouths, and not from the food.

Came at 2.30, out of tea, I asked for a drink refund , manager had a bad attitude when I said I was disappointed that there was not tea. Said they have been busy. Then said she had been there for 8 hours. I said thank you for the refund. She said nothing and turned her back

I love chick salad chic but I will NOT stand for employees being mistreated. Emily , the manager I suppose , shushed an employee when he attempted to speak , as an adult you do not have the right to treat another adult that way . He is not a child ! I was very disappointed with her behavior . Someone who works in customer service should also know how to treat their fellow employees
