I’ve ordered many times via DoorDash so I can’t comment on the atmosphere but the food is delicious. I love Fancy Nancy, the Buffalo chicken salad and the Classic.I could eat there every week 😋
I really enjoy dining at various Chicken Salad Chick restaurants. Tonight, there was a strong sour odor as soon as I opened the door. I couldn't stay, the odor was awful and very strong. The person with me said they told the cashier but she did not react or say anything in response. I'm not sure what was causing the odor. But that was very disappointing for me.
Few days ago on November 1st I had an DoorDash order that was supposed to have been ready by the time rotten there but they ran out of it, I was waiting almost 30 minutes to an hour and late going to work but with that being said the guy and young lady at the front was very nice about it.
