I can't speak for the food. A friend and I wanted to have some appetizers and drinks at the bar tonight. There was 6 empty seats at the bar. As we walked in towards the bar we were stopped by the hostess and told the bar isn't walk-in anymore. We had to get on the wait list. We waited outside 20 minutes and stared at the empty seats at the bar through the windows. We left after 25 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous, I wont be coming back. I understand a wait list for families wanting tables but the bar policy is doing nothing but losing patronage.

We eat at chili's atleast 3 times a month. This will be the first time we have ever been told it's a 8.00 upcharge to sub fried chicken strips for the grill chicken in the pasta for my autistic son who eats a certain way. Im writing this before the food is delivered so the food review is not accurate. The server is attentive and the soup and salad came out first, which is a great.

W Chili’s. I love Chili’s but occasionally a location can be hit or miss if you haven’t tried it before but this was top tier. The male host with dreads was very welcoming the moment we walked in. Cheese Pull was impeccable as well.

Recently came here for a dinner with me and my wife. I have no idea if the management changed or what but all of the staff had the highest level of hospitality and were so sweet. The service was outstanding and our waiter was very punctual. They treated us as if we were family and the food was cooked to perfection; something must have changed. The best chilis experience by far that I’ve had here 10/10🤩.

I want to start off recognizing the sweetest young lady, Isabella. She was so genuine and made sure we were taken care of. Reggie the manager was fantastic, so accommodating making sure everything was taken care of from the time we met him to the time we left. We had originally sat at the bar and was not acknowledged by the server at all in that area. I talked to Isabella about the situation instead of leaving and she talked to Reggie. We could have left but chose to stay. What a wonderful experience. Thank you again to Reggie and Isabella.

The food was excellent and arrived in a timely manner, but the service was very disappointing. We waited about 10 minutes before our waitress came, and several other staff members walked past our table without acknowledging us or letting us know if we would be helped. The slow and inattentive service significantly detracted from an otherwise great meal.

just got the chipotle mozzarella sticks and they were BOMB. and chay was the sweetest and loveliest waitress ever

Our waitress was amazing, the food, and as busy as it was the seating was great where we didnt have to wait the 15mins they said. I got the chicken bacon ranch nachos with a side of queso that honestly I shouldnt have ordered because it surprisingly had enough queso. Flavor was great. We'll return.

Took my daughter to lunch there yesterday waited almost 10 minutes for a server to greet me, which she never said her name asked for a specific cocktail got a different one didn’t even bring a napkin and it was frozen as it was melting everywhere then had to stop her and ask for water. Then my daughter came up. She greeted her and told her her name. She only brought one silverware packet then when I got my food, it didn’t have all the ingredients it was supposed to have then she asked my daughter if she wanted the check to be on one or separate and I told her that I was paying the bill. Not pleased after paying $75 for lunch. She’s lucky I gave her a tip because I used to be a server, but it was 12% and could have been 20%. Probably won’t be going there again. Her name was Emerson. Too bad there wasn’t a survey

The Three For Me cannot be beat! Having to ask for salt and pepper can be a hassle if you forget to ask your server before they get away, and even then they may not remember to bring it.
