Love the food here. It's delicious and you get a lot for the price. I get about 3 meals from 1 bowl.

Most consistent Chipotle location in TLH. Mobile order during peak hours to avoid wait

We placed a pickup order, and when I checked the bag in the car, the guac and queso were missing. No worries, it happens. I went back inside and asked for them politely, but the employees acted like I had taken them out myself, which was uncomfortable.
When we got home, my quesadilla was missing all the sides, and the bowl portion was very small. It was clear the sides had never been in the box because it was so clean, which also shows the guac and queso were genuinely forgotten.
We drove back to ask for it to be remade or to have it refunded and the employees did remake it but they were rude about it. We noticed an employee say to another “here comes someone bringing back something AGAIN” which makes me think mistakes happen a lot at this location. Returned home again and realized the quesadilla was STILL made incorrectly 💀
One of the employees was bragging to me about how this one is the “cool” Chipotle, but apparently that just means they’re lazy and don’t care.
We’ve had a few bad experiences at this location, but this one was definitely the worst.
Edit: The bowl gave my boyfriend food poisoning on top of everything else 😀 avoid this location at all costs

Food is good and filling
Very good burrito bowls. I've never had a issue beyond them forgetting a sauce or something small, I eat here at least twice a week. Will continue as long as the service stays this good. 👌

Took forever, waited about 50 minutes for an online order that said it would be ready in about 15. Also messed up my order

Unsure girl the food was because I never received it. Went on my lunch break and they were backed up 30min. The manager had no concern for the many people standing waiting. She never communicated with the guest about the delay.

I visited this place for lunch on a Friday. Waited in line for a good 10 mins. My turn I wanted a burrito bowl with brown rice. The young lady told me it would be 30 min wait for brown rice. Im like seriously on a Friday with a line out the door. She looks at me as if she's over it...so i.asked is there brown rice on the door dash side and she walked over to check. She served me brown rice. Just sounds like poor prep and planning. Im just giving it a low rating because the young lady attitude was like she didn't want to be there. And someone in front of customers looking like they dont want to be there. Isn't a good look for the company. Just my opinion. Overall the food was.cold and mediocre.

The customer service at the Chipotle on Apalachee Parkway today was extremely disappointing. The staff member (man) handling my order did not maintain a clean workspace — food was being slid the food container across a counter that was clearly not clean, and the container wasn’t sealed properly. There was food smeared on the outside, and when I politely asked another employee if she could wipe it, she responded with an attitude, slowly grabbed a paper towel, and barely made an effort to clean it.
To make matters worse, she carelessly picked up the unsealed container to place it in the bag, causing the food to spill out. At that point, I simply turned around and walked out and went to Moe’s. Another customer was spotted at Moe’s too. She also walked out due to poor service.
Staff should take greater care in how they handle customers’ food. We choose where to spend our money, and if customers continue to have these kinds of experiences, businesses risk losing both their reputation and loyal patrons.

Normally, I only provide positive feedback, but this case was not “normal”.
I placed an order online, hoping that the store would not be out of ingredients and could fulfill my order.
It was late at night, about 30 mins before closing, and I knew it was risky considering stores usually try to wrap things up so they can leave right at closing.
I arrived in hopes of my order being ready, and it was— or so I thought…
The order was already paid for online, and I requested a limited-edition steak with queso and chips….
The young lady at the counter seemed sweet, but everything seemed a bit too good to be true, and her energy read “he’s gonna be pissed about something,” though she said nothing.
I happily took the order, which was sealed, and as soon as I opened the bag (after walking back to my car), I noticed— the chips were missing— I walked back to the door, to whom I met— the young lady from the counter—she seemed sweet— she politely asked me what was wrong, and I told her the chips were missing…
She said she’d give me a refund in cash and gave me $2.85—though the chips and queso (I returned the queso to her) were $4.50+
I said nothing and was hoping to enjoy my meal until I pulled off and noticed there were no fajita veggies in my quesadilla as requested….
There was also no white rice in the meal as I requested….
Simply put— if you don’t have the items in stock— provide a full refund instead of half-filling an order and leaving a customer under the impression that they have exactly what they paid for when they do not.
I love Chipotle, but this experience was extremely unsatisfactory and could’ve gone so much better if they would’ve been up front and honest and stated they did not want to make the ingredients needed to fulfill the order before closing.
I would’ve understood and accepted a full refund, but to take money from someone and not fulfill the order properly is unacceptable.
