It was busy and I understand but almost all of the tables were not cleaned. There was food all over the table tops

Their tortilla warmer is ALWAYS broken and they don't offer to warm it up on the stove behind them cooking the meat. You can't even call them to see if it's working before you go because you talk to a robot who will not transfer over to an employee in the store.

I ordered online through the app and I feel like I got scammed :/ I paid like $23 for my bowl with extra steak, guac, extra beans, extra pico, extra corn. And I feel like they saw that and decided to turn an eye. I got no guac, normal/little steak, and basically regular everything except they decided to add a thick layer of rice which I’m pretty sure I asked for lite. I’ll probably not order online again but like I was in a rush and I’m highkey just kinda disappointed. And it sucks cause this the only chitpole in the area that I’ve been to that isn’t totally rank. :(

People take your order if you order online and can’t even reach the chipotle through phone because of the annoying bot that won’t let me reach the restaurant.

The rice is undercooked. Literally ALWAYS undercooked , you can visibly see it’s not cooked which is crazy

I went there my phone show note (deaf wrote note) which food and then take bag carry drink and where I get nappies some people help me gave me oh wow I am glad nice cool

I always come here in person and love it but I ordered online today… tipped and everything and they completely skimped me. I paid 17$ for half a portion.

Consistently awful - dirty counters, full trash cans, nothing stocked. Cold side line employee worked cashier without changing gloves in between. Literally watched a manager pick something off the floor and still give it to a customer

Don’t order through the app they will skimp you on your food. Had to get a refund and go across town for accurate portions.

I order a bowl from them the rice was not freaking cooked atall how can you give someone uncooked rice then when I called they didn’t answer the hung up on me
