Their tortilla warmer is ALWAYS broken and they don't offer to warm it up on the stove behind them cooking the meat. You can't even call them to see if it's working before you go because you talk to a robot who will not transfer over to an employee in the store.

I ordered online through the app and I feel like I got scammed :/ I paid like $23 for my bowl with extra steak, guac, extra beans, extra pico, extra corn. And I feel like they saw that and decided to turn an eye. I got no guac, normal/little steak, and basically regular everything except they decided to add a thick layer of rice which I’m pretty sure I asked for lite. I’ll probably not order online again but like I was in a rush and I’m highkey just kinda disappointed. And it sucks cause this the only chitpole in the area that I’ve been to that isn’t totally rank. :(

Consistently awful - dirty counters, full trash cans, nothing stocked. Cold side line employee worked cashier without changing gloves in between. Literally watched a manager pick something off the floor and still give it to a customer
