Place is disgusting! Food all over the place! Floors are dirty! The refreshment area is dirty and my pick up order wasn’t on the shelf! I was waiting and then I noticed they were piling them up on a table behind the register. So I waited about 5 minutes before someone asked if I had a mobile order. And no one is friendly in there. They all looked like they didn’t want to be there. Then I opened my burrito and it was about 3/4 or less the size of what they normally are. My chicken burrito was literally mostly rice. Easily a3/1 ratio. Very sad!

Always inconsistent. This store must make thousands from the amount of chips that are ordered and paid for vs what is delivered to a customer. It’s like playing the lottery if your full order will be given to you.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this chipotle so much. They really give you so much food in your bowl without having to ask for extra, and the wall art in the building is so cool it looks almost like a museum. The food is so good, only complaint is that they’re always out of their house drinks and their music was a bit loud, but overall this place is the best chipotle in Tallahassee.

By far the worse chipotle I have ever been to. I consistently go out of my way to avoid this location, the Appalachee Pkwy location is miles and miles better than this one. Not the employees fault either, they are trying their best.Consistently out of various ingredients after 3 pm, with no sign on the door. At the very least, management could make it easier on customers; after waiting 20 minutes in an outrageously long line, you're told that they are out of half of the ingredients.Trash left all over the place too. These are all solvable issues, just seems like nobody cares.

Have been here multiples time it’s always busy and they try their best. Do not recommend getting delivery from this location. I ordered multiple bowls and sides and only received one bowl. Online customer service sucks (not this locations fault). I open the only bowl I got and rice was so hard barely cooked so maybe it’s a blessing we didn’t get the other bowls because you can’t even eat it.
Added multiple things to my bowl that I never asked for. Cold queso and gave me very little chips.

This is Thea nastiest chipotle I have ever been in. First of all when you first walk in the trash cans at the front of the store and running over so bad people was just throwing their trash on the floor look like.. that’s not something someone wants to see as soon as you walk in to get food . Then as i get in the line i notice that majority of the tables aren’t even wiped off and still had trash from the previous person that’s no longer there . Also I observed soo much food on the cutting board on the food line it was gauc, sour cream ,salsa , and cheese just all over the board and the workers was just sliding everyone’s food on top it meaning all if that stuff was on the bottom if peoples bowls and on the foil if the burrito like who wants to have all of that on their wrapper or bowl that doesn’t look presentable at all. The food looked old there was corn inside if the hot sauce .. there was sour cream leaking over in the gauc , queso had spilled all over the counter it was just a mess. Before they made my food I asked if they could please wipe off the counter because so much food and toppings were all over it and i didn’t want my bowl touching all of that . They did not wipe it down of course because they are nasty instead he just picked up my bowl and fixed it opposed to sitting it down on the counter to fix it. Once i revived my bowl you could clearly see gauc and sour cream on the top of my bowl from him having it all over his gloves. Then they had no utensil's stocked at all in the lobby no fork ,spoons or even knives.They need to do better that’s definitely not a good look at all .

This is hands down the worst attempt at making guac I have ever seen in my life. Even my 3 year old son could make a guac better than this. I don’t know whats wrong with this location. Pls better

Workers are rude not worth getting often bowl is good but online is better than in person the workers making food are rude unkind giving u death stares taking out that they hate there job on u when u just want good food they will give u little to no meat and hide it by rushing to plop all your toppings on top burrito is also dry af save your time and order online and hope they have everything
