Need to get homeless people out from the front of your store. He is harassing people. I don't appreciate it. Calling people names if they don't give money. You need to pay attention and call the law.

Food was decent, but the kitchen and assembly line were really messy and cleanliness was questionable. The staff were criticizing each other in front of customers which was not very professional.

No chips & no chimmichurri at 730 PM on a wednesday? Whos trying to save money here? Thats so annoying that this location is ALWAYS out of ingrediants! For how much chipotle cost these days you cant even afford to make more chips & a sauce? Thats insane

Poor customer service. Sign advertises what appears to be a new salsa, and says add it on the side with any entree. Doesn't mention any added cost. I thought I would try it. Noticed the price seemed higher than normal, and when I looked at the receipt there was a $1 charge for the red chimichurri sauce. The big sign advertising it should state additional cost. I had only walked 2 feet from the counter and back. Had not opened it and asked for a refund. I was told they couldn't take it back. Fine, then just refund the charge that wasn't clearly visible or mentioned. The manager started digging in the tip jar to give me a $1. I don't want and will not take a $1 from the tip jar. Can't believe she was ready to take money from the workers' tip jar before refunding for the undisclosed charge from the register. It's not as much about the $1 as it is being charged for something undisclosed that implied it was included with an entree. I told her I will just go to a different location next time. She replied, fine. I usually eat Chipotle about once a week. Eating it less often and at other locations will be more lost revenue than the cost of refunding a $1, which the manager has every capability to do. She said she would get in trouble if she did. I took a picture of the entire overhead menu, and nowhere does it mention a cost for that specific item. Pictured in the complete menu photo is the manager by the cashier.

Staffed with no one in charge. Only one person would help walk in customers. Others avoid eye contact filling online orders ahead of walk in customers. To go order with no napkins or utensils in bag. Negative experience even though food tasted good.

This place was so gross. It took them 15 minutes to serve us and there wasn't anyone on the line in front of us at all. The guy who handed me my cup was holding it with his thumb inside of the cup.
