Staffed with no one in charge. Only one person would help walk in customers. Others avoid eye contact filling online orders ahead of walk in customers. To go order with no napkins or utensils in bag. Negative experience even though food tasted good.

This place was so gross. It took them 15 minutes to serve us and there wasn't anyone on the line in front of us at all. The guy who handed me my cup was holding it with his thumb inside of the cup.

The food was bottom of the container at dinner time. Scooping old dry food into bowls. When I said it looked gross they just wrapped it up and ignored me, but my blood sugar was getting low so I bought the food but was not able to eat it bc it was not good. There were no clean tables to sit and manager refused to make it right. Don’t go there! There are many other food places in same lot that are higher quality safer foods.

Chipotle is wonderful and it has always been a staple. I think there was a period of time where chipotle really lost popularity, and it has been years ago and was associated with. I can’t remember maybe a salmonella outbreak? I’m so happy that the company made it through that situation because their food is really good. With that said now that we have surcherros in Tallahassee, I really have to say that their food is superior to chipotle. However, we do not have surcherros everywhere and if you are near chipotle, their food is still delicious and amazing enough to go there instead of having to drive across town to a different restaurant.

Ordered through chipotle app for pickup. Stood there waiting to be greeted for 10 mins. Get my order and there’s no drink and it’s bowl with a tortilla instead of a burrito. What’s the point of ordering ahead if I had to go back into the line to get it remade as a burrito? I guess I could’ve eaten like that but that’s not what I wanted. I had to ask someone to help me as I was standing there. 2 hours before close and they were acting like they were closing.
