We came in at 11:15 on a Monday, for whatever that's worth.The food all looked good. Most of what I tried was room temperature. The rice was at least warm, and the sweet-and-spicy chicken was warm enough, but the fries, fried chicken, pork tenderloins, and noodles were all cold.The oil probably needed to be changed, because the fries and chicken both had that musty, overcooked, almost fishy flavor. The pork was too tough to chew. I did not go back to try anything else, but my mom and nephew, both regulars, also expressed disappointment in their food. They said the sushi was up to par that day at least.So, as much as it has been talked up to me, I don't really see myself going back. Their sweet-and-sour chicken was a 3/5 if I'm being generous, and their veggie rice was bland. Upon leaving, the aftertaste could best be described as having a hint of dirty dishwater.Everyone was very polite and everything looked clean and nice. I just thought the food was pretty bad.

It would be a great experience if it weren't for the wait staff standing over my shoulder to see if I tipped them...and if they did not point out that I didn't add a tip...at a serve yourself buffet. Tall about feeling entitled.

Ate here for the first time today. There were so many dishes to choose from and mine were all so tasty. The buffet was always filled and kept cleaned as the restaurant itself. Our waitress was very attentive to us. Definitely recomend!

Okay, so I've eaten here several times, and the food is always good to me. They have options you can enjoy eating whatever you are vegan, vegetarian, whatever. Forget what you heard, I've had some bad experiences, but I love ChowTime. The good outweighs the bad. Enjoy.

Great place for lunch has a short wait time. Stays busy as well as having fresh food. Servers are polite and prices are reasonable for a buffet.

The waiter. We had barely came to check to see if we needed anything, and when it was time to leave, we had to use the restroom and the floors were slippery, and our almost bust my behind and hurt my knees. The experience that day was not too good at the end

It was busy today. For 3 people it was just under $55. Their prices keep going up. But for unlimited sushi and whatever else might be on the buffet it's worth it for us. The staff was very quiet and quick to clear plates tonight compared to the other times we've been there. We will for sure continue to go there.
