30m is honestly not that big of a deal on a Saturday, however telling me it would only be ten minutes when you know you won't have the bandwidth to start making it for 15 is upsetting.

Our hosts were great but were trying to do to much!! You are very understaffed, they really needed help!! The creepy guy at the door and walking around staring at people and brushing up on women as he walks by is very scary to! We were all concerned of this man’s looks! I can’t believe he’s employed where children are running around! I’m assuming he was in the chuckie costume as well which would explain why he just stood there with absolutely no enthusiasm, perhaps if he wasn’t so worried about walking around policing every little thing that really didn’t matter maybe he could learn how to properly interact with others!

The floor was a little dirty, but to be expected at a place with kids everywhere. The staff was friendly and very aware of the policies and procedures. The kids had a blast all the way up until nap time!

Had my daughter’s party here yesterday and I am highly upset. The kids enjoyed but I did not get to enjoy my child’s party at all. Our party host was great but the rest of the staff was horrible. Our host was young (16) and no one tried to assist her with our party of 40+ people. Everything is overpriced for the experience we received. There was no organization whatsoever. The party was almost over when the birthday show happened, it took forever to get food and some of the other staff were not friendly. We will not do another party here.

My son had his 6th birthday party here August. I remember last year we got two pizzas for a party of 5 kids. We were only given one medium pizza and the slices were so small my 6 yr old ate 4 slices. Everything has went up in there. The food, the party packages, and they’re always short staffed with long lines at the register. The inside was renovated. It smelled better and the carpet was new. They have a bouncy house aka jumping park like xtreme air or urban air but it’s a small one for little kids. Kids have to purchase the socks for 8.99 to jump. I think this our last year…… I’m tired.
Bring back the animatronics and I’ll give 5 stars
