The Cinnabon that I received today was old and dry. The cashier seemed confused when I asked if I could get another Cinnabon. I think she may have been new because she said they're all the same. I didn't even have the strength to reply to her comment.?

The heavy set girl with red braids was very rude and was acting like she didn’t wanna be there. gave me no greeting and when i asked to add oreos, it looked as if she just threw them on. then gave me cold minibons and had a attitude when i asked her to warm them up. she needs to either be in the back or fired. horrible person.

Young lady at the counter was completely disrespectful. Took order and then proceeded to bark orders to the other employees. We wanted our encounter to be over so badly that we didn't even wait for our change. Do better.

I come to Governors Square, Mall just for Cinnabon…. Orlando recommended these cinnamon roll chocolate chip cookies and they’re ridiculous and amazing and we also got cold brew and it was the best.
