Went here for the 1st time. The menu was written on a dry erase board. I ordered the small shrimp dinner with potatoes and mac and cheese. I was charged more than what was written on the wall. Not too happy that they add a tip on automatically and then I added a tip so they got double. There was ONE employee running the entire restaurant. The floor is FILTHY so scared to see what the kitchen looks like. The restaurant area where the tables are is very plain. There's no decorations...
Hands down a must stop for some amazing grub. The atmosphere is laid out like a single mother with no need for a man decorated the place but the food...OMG defenatly not what you would expect. I had the oxtail and lemon pepper wings with mac n cheese and garlic potatoes for the sides. SO delicious and flavorful!! I’m coming back and trying everything on the menu. The staff were kind and great and the atmosphere was warm and peaceful!
