This past Sunday, my mom and I chose Cracker Barrel as our after church dinner choice. One of the hostess taking names to text you when your tables were ready was very rude at first. However she got better.

It was packed here and long wait but it was worth it. Some order mistakes but the staff handled it very professionally. Great customer service! They are very welcoming. The front staff definitely know me now. The retail manager Brandy is awesome and very understanding down to earth. George and Cayden are cool people. Great team that loves their job it shows. The food was good. The service wasn’t bad, but not the best. I think the server needs more training. She couldn’t handle the number of people she was serving. She had two parties with 9 to 10 people at each table. It was very overwhelming for her. It took so long to get our food. We got there maybe 10:20 am and didn’t receive our food until about 12:00pm, give or take. Then, we had to wait a while to get the ticket. She was trying her best. The restaurant was packed.
