Waited 15 minutes no one came to table to even say hello. We got up to leave advised the cashier of this. We got 2 free appetizer coupons. When we walked by the window to the car a waiter was helping the table that sat down after we walked out. Next time this happens I won't be so nice about leaving

Great breakfast they misplaced our Togo order but the server made sure the wait wasn't very long. They were busy at the time too.

This was the worst experience I have had at a cracker barrel. They forgot to seat us. Then after 40minutes we were waited on. We were served someone else's order. Several tables that ordered after us were already finished eating before we finally got our order. A good portion of our order was forgotten and wrong. We were never offered any refills. This total experience lasted for 2 hours and 15 minutes, this was at 2pm on a Monday, not a busy time. Very frustrating.

We travel the all over the country and we love Cracker Barrel’s. Today we found one that had this been our first we wouldn’t be back. The service was slow and they weren’t busy, had to ask several times for jelly, no coffee refills and the first one ever to not bring out two bottles of their signature syrup with a pancake meal. Also saw a hostess wiping a table and she slung the toast pieces and crumbs all over the floor. 😳 Food was good as usual, so we were thankful for that.

Freezing inside this location, old and out dated. Service was OK, really the food wasn’t that great. Biscuits hard and not risen long wait time and cold. . Just my honest opinion. Sometimes things are not running that well I understand.
