Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The server was new and not informative, it would take her at least 15-20 minutes to tell us that they didn’t have certain items that was ordered. When the food was brought out it was cold except the fried chicken. They also waited until they brought out our food to tell us they didn’t have any daily special (chicken pot pie). We waited for over an hour for our food. We only had 4 people at our table. Two other tables was seated after us and they got their food and left before us. A table behind us was there for 3 hours and their food was cold and looked terrible.
The manager claimed they was low on staff. We found out from another server that wasn’t the case. Why lie to your customers?
All together it was just an awful dining experience. I will NOT stop at this Cracker Barrel again. We were there for 2 hours and that’s not a joke

Dietary restrictions: You need a menu for gluten free and also have prices for them.

I love this store and the employees especially Brandy! I ordered the chicken tenders and they were flat and dry. I’ve never seen chicken tenders that were flat. I would love it if you all could get some garlic bread, home fries And regular pork chops.

We eat at Cracker Barrel’s all over so we are familiar. First time visit to this location, traveling through on vacation. Service was decent other than my husbands coffee cup sat empty for awhile. When my pancakes came I lifted the top one to butter the bottom one and it looked disgusting like it was in a dirty grill or had been dropped on the floor. I know our kind waitress would have gotten me new ones but we were pressed for time. Husband had biscuit and gravy, the gravy was very congealed. Everything we had seemed over cooked and had been sitting in a warmer. Staff we interacted with were all very nice. Food was very disappointing as I really like Cracker Barrel. We would not recommend this location.

HORRRIBLE!!!!!!! SEATED IN 20 MINUTES. 50 MINUTES TO GET CORN BREAD. 1 HR AND 10 MINUTES LATER HALF MY MEAL COMES OUT AND THEY TELL ME THEY DONT HAVE THE OTHER HALF! THEY ASK IF I WANT SOMETHING ELSE!!! NO I JUST WANT OUT OF HERE!!! TABLE ACROSS FROM ME WAITS NEAR 2 HOURS AND THEY BRING THEM THEIR TICKETS TO PAY AND NEVER EVEN NOTICED THEY HAD NOT EVEN HAD BEEN GIVEN THEIR FOOD YET. ASKED FOR A MANAGER WAS TOLD HE WAS ONE THE WAY FOR 20 MINUTES!!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!

CRACKER BARRELL IS GREAT ANYWHWRE BUT HERE! DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION.

Food was cold, bread came after we asked for it after the food was brought out. Had to ask for silverware after the food came. The store had a lot of people waiting to be seated, yet there were plenty of seats available.

We always go to Cracker barrel when traveling. Only problem we've had lately is running out of food items. Was so hungry for your lemon pepper grilled trout, so disappointed you were out.

Used Cracker Barrel Delivery for first-and LAST time! Food was delivered in UNsealed containers dropped haphazardly into UNsealed PLASTIC bag! No effort to even try and keep food SAFE during delivery or keep food Hot. Everything was cold or lukewarm. This type of packaging may be acceptable if Pick-up but Not Delivery! VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Poor experience. Coffee was cold, weak and stayed empty most of the time. The server was absent most of the time and had no personality when there. The hash browns casserole was under cooked. Server did pick up the coffee cup to refill just poured it with the pot over the food. One male server was wearing a purse the whole time...not the cracker barrel I grew up going too. Too much more to list

We were traveling and stopped by for breakfast on Valentine’s Day. Food was great and came out quick. The restaurant was clean. Service was phenomenal! My daughter lost her air pod and we were out looking for it in the car. When I walked back in to look 3 employees didn’t hesitate and kindly helped us look for it on the floor of the restaurant. One employee found it and I am so grateful!!! They were so sweet and so positive! If I lived closer I would visit this location regularly.

Waited almost 10 minutes without a hostess even showing up. Ordered chicken and dumplings with cornbread. No cornbread. Food came like 15-20min later and was a total letdown. Lukewarm and seemed 'old.' Wouldn't stop again even if I were craving Cracker Barrel.
