I was not greeted upon walking into the restaurant. Met with bad attitude.

I always come here with my family and never had an issue with the service. I occasionally get drinks and show my ID no problem.

However, I got a new server this time and she was strongly convinced my ID was fake. I understood she’s doing her job so, I politely informed her my id was not fake as I am 23 years old and have no need for a fake ID, but instead of hearing me out or continuing to serve us, she left the table and said I’m “welcome to go to the bar” and walked off.

She did not return to the table to continue serving me and I had to ask for a new waitress TWICE before someone new came to our table. After about 10 minutes, when we got a new server, we almost ran into an issue with my ID again, assuming because the original server told her co workers my "ID was fake", when we never had this issue before!

Overall very embarrassing and disheartening as I usually enjoy myself here. I just hope future employees become more educated on what a fake ID looks like, instead of accusing someone who has been coming here for several months with no issues.

Visited from Georgia and decided on some seafood. Crafty Crab did not disappoint. The food was delicious although the portion was smaller than expected.

Large seafood boil restaurant, with fairly good prices and selection. Everything was well prepared, and service was good.

Very tasty seafood boil. It's a little pricey for the shellfish, but I suppose that's the market.

The food was pretty good. Overall atmosphere was okay. Loud, vulgar rap music was mixed in with R&B. The service is the downside. The waitress we had was good, but she was overwhelmed. She was taking care of at least 5 tables that I could easily see. The restaurant wasn't busy at the time we were there, but there were 4 other employees plus the hostess standing around at the front door.

The waitress named Tracy was very nice and respectful, easy to talk to and overall very welcoming.
