I ordered on the app. A 12 pack mini and a free 6 pack mini sampler. They were out of all of the cookies I ordered except for two and just substituted without option. Did not get the free 6 pack or my large cookie. My daughter picked up the order for me and EVERY employee in there was NOT helpful. I called and asked for the manager they were not available so I spoke with a shift lead when I asked her name she was silent and said she was the shift lead no kidding I asked for your name. Finally said her name and was NOT helpful at all. I am not looking for free cookies I just want what I ordered and paid for WITHOUT an attitude. I will NOT go to this location again. I will stick with the bannerman location where I get great friendly service.

Worst customer service experience at this location. I placed an order early Thursday morning to be delivered to my Dad for his birthday. Not only was my order canceled with no explanation- i wasn’t notified and once i saw it on the app- i called the store all day and couldn’t get a call back. I emailed the store, never any response. And on top of all of that, I was charged for the order. It has taken me 6 days to get in touch with someone at the store that could refund my money-they said i should receive it today or tomorrow. I didn’t receive any explanation, apology or offer to make it right. Mind blowing.

Having said all of this, I live in Texas and have nothing but great experiences with the crumble stores here:)

Have you ever wanted to feel like people are looking straight through you, as if you don’t exist to the world? Go here. I never thought I could have FOUR employees successfully not say ONE word to me, even when handing me my order. Not one single word was uttered aloud to me. 3/4 teenagers (“employees”) stood in the back socializing, finally came up to the counter and yet still did not utter one word to me. They all had headphones on, no eye contact was made, I could go on…

This is probably the worst food retail experience I’ve ever had. The cookies were just fine, I could take them or leave them. Good customer service can make up for mediocre food… but clearly not at this place. I never want to return.
