I was not greeted when I entered the store. Once I was acknowledged, the employee stopped rolling cookies, rang up my order, handled my cash and gave me change and then prepared my cookies all with the same dirty gloves on. This was my first experience and that’s very disgusting and unsanitary. They did change gloves and remake the cookie that was touched, without a problem when I asked, but still touched the spatula and door that was previously touched with dirty gloves
I have been going to Crumbl since they opened in my area (Tallahassee, Florida). If you are like me and love a cookie with a cake like texture in a variety of flavors THIS IS FOR YOU.
