The food was ok. The service ok. Atmosphere was ok. I don't know what all the hype is about. I wasn't impressed.

The burgers there are awesome. Hot, fresh, juicy, and flavorful. Crinkle fries, definitely make the meal a favorite. The fish sandwich is light and flaky but not a lot of flavor. The service was quick, and the workers were courteous.

First time going. Heard great things. Got all the way home. No cheese on one of the burgers. No mustard on the other. Had to just deal with it didn’t want to drive all the way back.

When I came in the person behind the counter spoke so softly we could barely hear her, we have never eaten here before so we had questions and were curious how things worked, food was slow to come to the table we ordered chicken tenders with fries,cheese curds, and a double butter burger all the way. When the food came to the table the burger had nothing on it but the cheese we had to ask for the tomato, onion, and lettuce. We got 1 slice of tomato and 2 tiny onion slices, with a tiny bit of lettuce. The chicken fingers weren't hot or crispy and tasted like they came from a microwave, yuck. The place was packed with customers at every table and the drive thru was packed . The resturant was clean, which was nice but the food was undesirable. The resturant is over priced for what they sell and over-hyped.

Just ordered lunch today through the drive through. Service was friendly and quick. My swiss mushroom burger was very dry with no condiments on it. Husband asked for ketchup and mayo on his butter burger and didn't get either one. Fries were warm and didn't taste fresh. We felt disappointed after paying $30 for our meal. The shakes were good.
My husband got the chili and liked it. Our butter burgers were good as were the fries. The staff was very friendly. Everything looked clean. That is important to me. So happy to have you on the pkwy.
