Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I asked for a milkshake to be made in one of their extra large cups and I was willing to pay double. They refused to do it. Will not be back to this location.

They don't bag the food properly for delivery, giving big orders to drivers without a bag for all the food, they want to be cheap with their plastic bags and expect the doordash delivery people to deliver big orders without putting it in the bags like all the other restaurants do, which is completely ridiculous. Especially when they go up three flights of stairs while holding a cellphone to take pictures of the orders and expecting them to hold cup holders with three big drinks along with separate paper bags of food and when you ask them for a plastic bag they try to say they don't have any which is a lie. They just want to be cheap about it instead of probably bagging their food for delivery it's not acceptable. No other restaurants do that to the drivers. Drivers have to make sure the food is not dropped when being delivered or their phones. Why ask them to deliver and not give a bag to put big orders of food in is the real question here???

Shakes were great the food was hot and fresh and the service was top notch Christina made our day she went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy. Such a wonderful personality and always greeting us with a smile.

I brought my grandchildren and my son in the lady that was working Chiristina I believe was her name was the reason you get 5 stars. She is an absolutely wonderful person she made sure we were all happy she was so friendly and kind to everyone and kept a smile on her face she was working with 2 gentlemen and they were running a tight ship but she is the reason we will be back. You have a really great person working for you . She makes sure the customers are happy.

The staff are amazing and always friendly, and have no problem answering any questions. The food is always fresh, hot, and tasty and my order is always right. The wait time, if any is always reasonable.

My order was taken by a lady who made it aware that she was a new starter, a man came out from the back, who seemed to be the manager, he began patronising and berating this poor employee telling her she wasn’t working quick enough, telling her to do orders without his help, that she was giving him a headache, speaking to her as if she was below him!! How disgusting!! It’s your job to train employees!!!

It’s no wonder that there’s hiring signs posted all over the doors if that’s the way he speaks to new employees, absolutely disgusting!! And it had a horrid smell of cigarettes!!

I have been contacting DQ at this restaurant since the order was placed and the following has been stated: I asked to speak with a manager, I was informed the Individual that answered the phone was the manager. I asked for the individuals name and he stated "how can I help you man" without providing his name. Upon informing the said manager of my issue/concerns he stated he's NOT the manager and I will need to speak with the owner. I asked for the owners name and again, the name was never provided. I went to the location to speak on the matter NO ONE WAS OF ASSISTANCE! NO ONE! They didn't even acknowledge me. I asked how could I get in touch with corporate to inform them of the matter & I was informed to call the number on my receipt. Well, that number is to the store (DQ). The issue was and still is that we NEVER RECEIVED our food! I informed the said manager (who lied about being the manager) of the situation and I informed him that we NEVER received our food. Bottom line here it is 2 weeks later and we STILL haven't been assisted with nothing! When I tell you this is the worst experience we have EVERRRR experienced with or at Dairy Queen. Thee Worst and we haven't ordered every since! We didn't even request a refund we wanted our food and STILL do. Please, if you will assist with this matter. I literally had to make a POST about this for someone from another state to inform me on how to even get to this form and complete it. The Worst Experience EVER!!!!

Always clean, food is always cooked fresh and the staff and owner are super friendly. Customer service is always top of their concern. Love this place for a quick bite drive past the one on cap circle to come to this location.

I visited this past Friday and although the outside is a bit worn..just needs a good pressure wash..I was unexpectedly surprised at the customer service, the humbled manager/owner? On duty and the cleanliness of the inside..literally BLOWN AWAY compared to my last visit 2 years ago.

They get A+ in my book!!

I cannot wait to start the DQ ice cream tradition in honor of my father, who many years before had a DQ peanut parfait with me monthly growing up.

Some things are worth repeating...please give them a try!! And that $7.00 combo deal.. that's a deal buddy!!
