Let me tell you, DO NOT order ANY of the chicken fingers! I know they come frozen. I've ordered frozen nuggets/fingers before but DQ has SO MUCH batter on them that when fried, they are SO HARD! You have to have teeth like a henna to even attempt to chew them!

Got in and out of the drive thru super quick on a Saturday afternoon. Kaylee was amazing! She was genuinely friendly, and made me feel welcome. When I believed I had received the incorrect drink, she made it right, with a great attitude! I’ll definitely be back, thanks to Kaylee!! I would gladly hire her to be a part of my management team. I hope Dairy Queen will recognize their amazing employee for being such a great ambassador for their company.

Absolutely love it here, food is always good and have never had an issue with service, matter of fact, the "Jeff Spicoli" look alike manager kid is on his game! Eat here every week or two!

The cashier was amazing and had a great attitude. My one Burger took 15 minutes to get in the cook made server to walk in the back to get my sandwich. Because of the cook was too lazy to put my food in the window which was a couple inches from him. I'll say it again Tallahassee has not disappoint me with in the worst service in the USA.

I am a doordasher the service horrible. Each time I went I had to wait extra amount of time for orders. Other customers came after the doordash orders they did those orders first before doordash. They did not treat the doordash orders as important as the others. Most of the girls walked around looking dumbfounded.

Yes, it was a rainy day. However, the entire floor was oily slick and definitely a falling hazard. The food was dried out and overcooked. Not a great experience.

I took my grandson there for lunch today and while the food was very good, the service was better. The young man who was taking orders and running around doing a little bit of everything was extremely pleasant and efficient.
