We actually dined in at lunch time for a beer and cheese fries and then ordered a pizza online to go (so we could get points lol). Anyway, the young lady who took our order was really friendly and attentive and I’ve finally found the best cheese fries in town. Totally up to my standards with great cheese layering so no fries are left naked. 😆. Plenty of bacon too. The kids liked the pizza but next time I’ll ask for light sauce. Thanks!

Ever since I married my husband from Wisconsin I have met a lot of people that have moved to thomasville from Wisconsin. One thing they can all agree on is that there is no good pizza here. And honestly since he took me to experience the pizza up there, they are right. Fratellis is the best we have and even it isn’t quite there. Today I tried Dave’s pizza garage in Tallahassee. Jackpot! If you are from the north looking for pizza like back home, this is it. You will not be disappointed.

Always a pleasure to get to go grab a pizza, have a drink. No it’s not Rummy’s- it’s better! Meeting my peeps there again tomorrow. I love the quaint atmosphere and the fact you have an opinion ( when it’s not 101 in Tallahasse ) to chill outside in the covered area.

I really wanted to like this place, but after trying to it for the first time, I’m really surprised at all the 5-star reviews. It’s definitely a no frills, somewhat-dirty dive that processes a lot of to-go orders. There was onion skin in my pizza and the pepperoni were burned (like completely black). Another one of our orders was undercooked. Anyone who makes pizza well knows that means your ovens are too hot or too old to cook evenly. I’ve made better pizza at home and honestly from a box. Also, their beer selection is all in cans. No taps. The wine selection is all from Black Creek? ?‍♀️Anyway, I’ve eaten pizza all over the US and outside of it. You can skip this one.

Great food. Service was very disappointing at the register on Sunday and I’ll leave it at that. This is the first negative review I’ve given. I took the week to think about it, and thought you might want to know. We won’t be back.

No frills, just good pizza (which is a positive thing). Beautiful cheese, that stretches for days, hot and fresh! That garden salad looked and tasted fresh from the garden.

Daves is a truly genuine family friendly place to go for good pizza and wings. Don’t snooze on the brookies! You can tell the employees like their job and Dave enjoys opening his doors.

Went here with my wife and mother in law two days in a row. The pizza is really good. We like the GTO. I do feel a revamp of pizza naming is in order because I expected all the pizzas to be named after classic cars. Maybe it was in the past and the market “drove” it to be named something more standard.

Yes, I’ve tried the silly sauce, ima sauce man, I’m a spice man and the silly sauce, it’s okay. I’m not going to knock any start off for that because it’s a HOT challenge type of sauce. I do however like hot with flavor. I took some home and mixed with with some maple bourbon sauce that I get from a friend of mine and, chefs kiss. That heat and that bourbon complement each other so so well. Just saying.

They also do milkshakes. Like real milkshakes. They are thiccc not that silly ice milk you get at most spots. I want my milkshake with a spoon and I didn’t even have to ask for it. 10/10

Needless to say, it’s going to be my regular pizza joint now that we live in a Tally.
