This place is ridiculous. I've been there a couple of times and the food was just edible but not horrible, but not what it shouldthe app? Never or calculates my? Offers. And says there's some kind of error and the people at the counter. Have no idea what I'm talking about. Oday would have been my fourth try, but now the app says the store is closed when it's clearly open. It's 6:30 on a Sunday. I've, I've officially given up. Del taco I gave it more chances than anyone else would have

Great crunchy tacos. I only use the drive thru. Seems to always have new drive thru help that's training. Simple mistakes get made but they are quick to remedy it! The TACOS are good!

App offers don’t work, staff isn’t trained on it and doesn’t care, neither did manager. Order took forever and when asked they said they didn’t know where it was. If I was the owner, I would be really worried. Don’t want this place to go downhill, but it’s not looking good ?. Almost no customers, including drive-through, and yet still had these issues. When they first opened, they were much better and cared more about the customer experience.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Del Taco, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff and a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
The Queso Loaded Fries were delicious, with a variety of fresh ingredients and bold flavors.
The service was quick and attentive & the staff was helpful in explaining the menu and offered great recommendations based on my preferences. Plus, the prices were reasonable for the quality and portions we received.
Overall, Del Taco provided an excellent dining experience that I plan to repeat again soon!

The employees don't want to be there and it shows - No smiles, no greetings, and no follow up. I went through the drive thru and asked for napkins and hot sauce, there were none placed in my bag. I purchased a $9 burrito and would have got a much better burrito elsewhere. We live so close, the location is so convenient. It is a shame that the food and customer service are so bad. I rather drive further to eat at a better managed fast food restaurant.

I paid almost $13 for nachos: chips were stale. There was way more chips than toppings. I wasn’t given any napkins or cutlery. The customer service was meh, she took my money gave me change didn’t speak, even after I spoke to her. The woman who handed me my food was the same. Just handed me the bag. Didn’t speak to me after I spoke to her. Yall just opened this location. If this is going to be people first impression I can guarantee people will not come back.
