The Den

I put in an order for a guacamole chicken burrito with fries. After 30 minutes, they handed me a burrito with just a small amount of chicken, cheese, no guacamole, a giant tortilla that made up 50% of the burrito, and a side of onion rings. The staff was also rude.

They took 2 hours to make pancakes… when there was literally no line…

This was such a disappointing experience. We placed our order at 1 p.m. and had to wait over an hour to get our food. The whole place seemed disorganized — they were losing other people’s tickets, and everything was completely out of order. The staff also had a terrible attitude, openly talking badly about customers and being rude when we asked simple questions. I almost never write reviews, but this was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.

Took them 30 minutes for 1 coffee

We order Scramble eggs, sausage bacon and pancakes. All foods were terrible. At least pancakes were edible.
Took long time to get food . And last, restroom was dirty.
Never want to visit there again.

Gave me a burger with no toppings , no tomatoes ,no mayo,mustard,onions, not lettuce just a burger and bacon ,when I asked them to put everything on the burger .I am mad I paid 16$ for the smallest burger and a handful of fries .

I recently visited The Den and was incredibly impressed by the service provided by Lakiesha Bell. From the moment I walked in, Lakiesha Bell greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly attitude. They were quick to take my order and made sure to get every detail right. Despite the busy environment, they remained calm, efficient, and courteous throughout the entire process. My food was prepared quickly and accurately, and Lakiesha Bell even checked to ensure everything was to my satisfaction before I left. The building smells weird and the food always takes more than 30 minutes to make, less in the early morning and more late at night. How does it take you an hour to make chicken tenders.

Them carton eggs!? To be honest, how do you mess up eggs? They weren't wrong. I didn't send them back. But they weren't right. Scrambled eggs should be more than one color. Like, was it powdered eggs? I didn't order a fluffy omelet. You know some scrambled farm eggs were expected.

The place is gross. I never get skeeved out by most places…This is a dirty excuse of a restaurant. No ice, no napkins no towels in the restroom….the staff ignored me when asked for something to dry my hands off with. Whoever owns this place better inspect what they expect unless they don’t expect much.
