Denny's on Monroe Road in Tallahassee exceeded my expectations. From the friendly service to the delicious food, everything was top-notch. Came in and was treated to the owner's son yelling at a customer for being trans and using the bathroom, while the waitresses hung out at a table laughing. Party of 7, and we left to go to IHOP.
Was discriminated against for being trans and was threatened to have the cops called on me. Worst service I've ever had.

If you can see in the picture three on your rings two pieces of chicken and a bunch of fries. This is called high price portion food. It must cost a lot of money just to get a good helping of onion rings. The server has a great attitude the place is clean. Yet this food is not worth $11. A 3-year-old child can finish this food with no issues whatsoever. If I wanted the kids now I would have gone to McDonald's.

Very unprofessional and rude staff. I had a coupon for a free order of brioche French toast with no purchase necessary, but when I visited this location at 11:00pm to use it, the employee who sat me refused to take my order because I didn't order anything else. After I showed him the promotion and he spoke with the manager, they lied to me and said they were only honoring the promotion in the mornings and refused to serve me. The employee was rude and unreasonable, he refused to explain the reasoning behind only honoring it in the morning and he refused my coupon and asked me to leave. Ridiculous they didn't honor my promotion after I had already driven all the way to the restaurant.

This place has really gone downhill. The food was dry, overcooked and tasteless. And the owner does not like to pay his workers a fair wage. If you need a job, do NOT trust this owner. He might hire you and refuse to pay you at all. Horrible place, horrible owner. I will never go here again. And I do not recommend.
