Lesson of the day. You never know who will come through your drive-thru so you should exercise customer service at all times.2 March 2024- around 2 pm.I ordered essentially a bacon double cheeseburger .It was clearly stated and acknowledged on both ends.I ended up with a double patty, no bacon, no cheese , bread and 1 piece of old looking lettuce. Funny thing is , on the receipt, it clearly said no lettuce.The real issue is that I drove back and the male staff there didn't do a good job hiding their disdain for me returning my order.The manager should let them know that staring at me through a piece of glass isn't intimidating, but it's not good customer service. I returned the order, I didn't yell or anything.The saving grace was the young lady working the drive through window.

Someone recommended this place, because they have vegetarian options. They did not mention that it was a la cart. $8.00 + for their house vegetarian burger, and over $10.00+ for their impossible burger.The impossible Burger was $11.00+ for the veggie burger, two pickles, some sauce, lettuce and the bun. Cheese is extra, fries are extra. The impossible burger was nothing special in size, presentation, or taste. For $13.00+ at Walmart, I could have purchased six (found out about this after the fact). It may be fine for those willing to spend this much on just a sandwich.

Best customer service.I made an online order on a day they where closed due to MLK holiday. But they admitted to forgetting to shut off their online ordering. So they refunded me the money and gave me a free meal for the inconvenience.Awsome manager and owner.

You have to try this burger because it is out of this world. This is no regular fast food burger. It tastes like something you would order and pay twice this for at a sit down restaurant. Phenomenal food, friendly service. We highly recommend.

The first thing I noticed, was the cleanliness of the parking lot of the property. The next was the cleanliness of the bathrooms. The gentleman that help me were very efficient, quick and polite. The burger I had, and the fries were perfect. The fries were perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked and fresh. The ginger drink I had was incredible, it was free refills. The burger pretty much puts the shame most any place that sells burgers at this town. I will be back the beef is high-quality. The patties are large. Everything is perfect. I will be back to post photos.

Been wanting to try this place for a long time, was skeptical because almost time every time we passed by it , it was nobody in the drive thru. Finally tried it AND IT WAS AMAZING !!! Truly one of the best burgers my husband and i have EVER had!!! we both had the Dick Juniors and it was on our minds the rest of the day so bad to the point that we went AGAIN the very next day ! BRAVO ! cant name too many places topping this one , juicy and fresh ingredients! service was good, have to wait a bit but its worth it because its made to order ! ambiance is cute and gives a "Good Burger" vibe .

Awesome hamburgers! If you enjoy a really tasty hamburger, made the old-fashioned way you will love these burgers. Their sweet potato tots and milkshakes are outstanding. Although a bit more expensive than most hamburger places, it's definitely worth it.
