Went there tonight with my family and spent over $700 for entertainment. They had an issue with one of their arcade games and said they were going to credit me back a portion of the credits due to the malfunction. They said they credited them back but when I went to try and swipe the card again I saw where it hadn’t been credited back. When I brought it to the managers attention he said that he already credited them back and that there was nothing else he could do. I respect the decision to stand on business to some degree but from a customer service standpoint it was a low IQ move to lose a frequent high dollar customer over less than $50 worth of credits. Looks like Hangar 38 will be my go to from here on out.

District 850 has been a great place to host my kids' birthday parties at. They provide amazing service pre-event and onsite. Kerin makes sure all items are covered prior to arrival. Shady was our host for my son's 6th birthday party and he was absolutely amazing. Always one step ahead and made sure we had everything we needed. I recommend to every parent to host their kids parties here because it is plug and play and there is minimal effort and you can actually enjoy the party with your kid. 10 out of 10

So many amazing games to play and we had a lot of fun. The escape room was pretty fun too but not horribly difficult. Downside is the restaurant is very mediocre and wouldnt survive on its own. Its mostly a bar with some microwaved side dishes. Plan on eating before or after coming here cause the food is expensive and lousy.

First time there. Food was ok, nice bar layout, lots of family fun stuff to do, nice TVs with some games on, etc. Overall had a good time.
If you have a group of 60-75 people and you want a great experience, The Mortgage Bankers Association of Tallahassee has had a bowling tournament at District 850 for the past 2 years and they've been amazing to work with. They provide full service options and their servers Travis, Gabby and Rasika, worked their tails off keeping everyone happy. They let us reserve the entire bowling alley for 2.5 hours and the cost was very reasonable. Made it easy for use to make money for our cause and still provide everyone in attendance a great value. You've got to consider this venue for your fundraisers and parties.

We had our bowling tournament at district 850. Clean facility, great music, everyone enjoyed the bowling, an all around great event. Rasika and all of the wait staff were very attentive and my hot honey sandwich was excellent.
