Absolutely the most horrible dominos I've ever ordered from. I called 12 times trying to get in touch with anyone to get my money back and cancel my order after waiting 2 hours for one pizza and sauce 1.5 miles from the location. They get here without the sauce 2 hours after my order was placed. I do not understand how they operate like this. They suck.

Two times with a matter of 2 months the service has went down! Either the food is delivered cold or you don’t get the order at all. When you call the store, the manager on duty is rude, smart tone, and could care less about the experience. The only thing they wanna offer is 20% off the next order OR a free medium pizza! When asked when is the store manager going to be in the store, THEY DONT KNOW! Ask what’s the delivery persons name, THEY CANT TELL YOU! When I looked at the call log, there were a number of numbers that called. Why all of a sudden only certain delivery people can’t find the apartment while others have no issue at all? Horrible, if I could less than 1 star that’s what it would be! Where is my refund?

Pizza order was placed an hour ago and I have been on hold for 20 minutes. No one is answering. Tracker has not moved from "prep". Online system won't even let me cancel the order due to it not being further along. Will NEVER order from here again. Terrible customer service and communication

My daughter was ordering pizza on her own for the first time. It was a challenge for her. But that's no reason to put other people's orders after hers, ahead of her own! Plus they charged us more for the pizza than it should have been! They were SO inconsiderate!! Just plain wrong! Plus, they seemed to give themselves extra tip which we did not authorize! The pizza was good. But the service was terrible!

I have had several issues with this store. The staff is extremely rude. After waiting almost over an hour and half my order hadn’t even been started. This has happened several times. Once I called and finally got through they told me they didn’t have an enough drivers. I politely asked them to cancel my order and the store associate hung up on me. I won’t be ordering from this location again.
I ordered for delivery. The pizza tracker never moved from prepping. After an hour and 15 minutes, I tried to call them and after 8 minutes of on hold waiting to get through, I drove to the store and picked up my pizza myself..... there were no customers there but 5 employees who couldn'tpick up my phone call.. seriously ridiculous experience.. never again

Ordered delivery around 6:30, was prepping until 7:30, on the way at 7:40 (4 minutes from my location), and was delivered 30min later. Almost 2 hours is crazy. Thomasville rd would probably be faster lol

I ordered a sandwich and a small pizza. Delivery charge was added on and the total was $29.91. According to the web site sandwich was 7.99 pizza should have been too. Delivery was 5 something. What was the extra $10?? Delivery driver was very nice and professional. Delivery was late I started getting apology text. Food was cold. I was desperate to order Domino's, but escaping the hurricane, I did it anyway - I again learned my lesson. Would like to hear why cost was so high?!
