I just reported an underbaked brownies (whole batter on the bottom) that made me and my toddler sick! The Manager (Victoria) was NEVER apologetic at all. Just credits, that’s it! I called not for the credit but to make your service better and to keep other people safe! MANAGERs should be concerned more of food health and safety regulations and not money!

Ripped off!!! Beware!!! We called in a carryout order on the way back from an event and ordered 4 pizzas and it cost $70!!! I was shocked!!! When I got home, I looked up the prices online and the same pizzas were $8 each, rather than the $16 per pizza I was charged. When I called the location and asked why I wasn't told about the specials, they said that price was online only and they couldn't apply the specials. Marking up prices 100% just because I didn't order online is offensive. I will never order from Domino's again.

Normally this store is pretty good; but tonight they dropped the ball, big time. Placed my order around 6 PM, then did stuff around the house for an hour or so. When I checked the tracker, it stated that it was still being prepped. I called the store to ask the status of the order, since it appeared that the tracker was not working. They stated that they got busy 'out of nowhere' and that my order was about to be prepared. An hour later and it still had not been prepared. I canceled my order and will almost certainly not be ordering from Dominos again. This is too bad because it was the last chain that was worthwhile. I guess Gaines Street will be getting 100% of my business instead of just 85%.
