I’m writing this regarding an issue I experienced at this Tallahassee location during a curbside pickup order. Not only was the curbside service unacceptable, but the order itself was completely wrong.
First, I paid for a large cheese pizza but was given a medium instead. On top of that, the handmade pan pizza was supposed to be steak and cheese only, but what we received was a completely different pizza topped with onions, peppers, mushrooms, and white sauce — nothing close to what we ordered.
To make matters worse, when the employee brought the food out, she was extremely rude and tossed the pizza box through my car window. The pizza slid inside the box, and most of the cheese stuck to the top. She also didn’t provide the Parmesan cheese I had ordered. She didn’t acknowledge me at all and came across as hostile, to the point that I didn’t feel comfortable going inside to ask for a replacement.
This entire experience was very upsetting, and far from the level of customer service or accuracy I expect from Domino’s. I’m asking that this incident be looked into and that I receive a replacement order or appropriate resolution.

First of all, Jackie is amazing and deserves a raise! She was running the location by herself when we came in and when I tell you these were the best pizzas I ever had from Dominos. Cooked to literal perfection when at other times I've believed they could cook a little longer with the extra toppings we order. I really had a mediocre standard for the place before. It's the closest location to our house and I preferred others, but Jackie deserves a standing ovation for how she changed that view.
I feel in the future I don't even want to come unless she's there based on other reviews I'm now seeing.

Horrible, absolutely atrocious! Talk about ruining a pizza chain on a consistent basis. My last experience in September of 2025, pizza was an hour and a half after “expected delivery time”. I called the office to see about a replacement pizza, due to the pizza being cold, drinks cold, and the box crushed in the middle. The lady picked up the phones advice was to: stop monitoring the pizza delivery man. I live 2 miles away, 2 pizzas and bread sticks took 2 hours. Staff was rude as hell, with no option to fix the problem they made, just “bring the pizza back for a full refund”. My family wanted food, Dominos used to be the go to. Over the years it has fallen terribly. It’s hard to let go of my childhood pizza, but I’m so far gone now. Would not recommend, unless to a mortal enemy. I hope your chain ends up as horrible as how you treat customers. This dominos pizza chain is terrible. Staff and manager have zero customer service. Pizza is over priced and the atmosphere there makes you want to never order from them again. Thanks for ruining pizza night and charging me way to much. I’m still mad about this 3 weeks later. Boooooooooooo!!!!!

Disappointed. I had ordered tots and a pizza. the tots were very incorrect I m unsure of how it even happened. I had ordered the cheddar bacon tots and received extremely burnt tots with what seemed to be barbecue sauce on them which is not even an option to begin with.

Medium pizza takes a hour and a half for delivery for 2 miles. I called the store the guy was rude and i got hung up on when I asked about my order. Definitely will not order from this location ever again. Somebody needs to fire and rehire all new staff.

I tried to order online it took my money but the order failed I called the store to see if it went through the manager in charge stated she did not know how to help to call back when her gm comes in . I had my coworker try to place an order and it again did the same thing to her the money did get sent back to my card so I did not call back for my card issue we decided to call and place an order . Upon calling in the order the manager was very rude telling us we could not order what we wanted due to a 9.99 coupon we asked how we were supposed to if online was not working she was very rude and told us she could not help . My coworker asked could she speak to a gm the lady said again call back in 30 mins we asked for her name and she said goodbye and hung up in our face .she was very rude and nasty if she hates her job That’s her fault not ours . Sadly my office will no longer be ordering from this company

So I just try to place the order online and it would not go through so I called the store to make an order.. the store manager answer the phone VERY rudely.. and proceeded to be even more rude when I ask questions. She told me her Gm would be in, in 30 mins, I asked her for her name she said goodbye and hung up in my face. IF YOU'RE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR JOB GET A NEW ONE. But do not be rude paying customers we're just trying to understand what's going on. So unfortunately me and my office will no longer be ordering from this company.

Dominos went downhill tremendously. The pizza was not hot and the quality wasn’t good. The pizza seemed thin and barely any cheese on it. Highly disappointed.

Love this location, it is very close from my house, also the service and attention and respect is always served in this store. Fast delivery or pickup, the reward program let my family enjoy for less. Thanks Dominos for their professionalism and great service.

Food was hot and fresh. There was a lot of commotion, music playing people talking overall a little hectic but it was late night 30 minutes before close so I get it. Staff was cleaning up and getting ready to leave.

They refuse to answer the phone. Was on hold for almost 15 minutes. Called back and was put back on hold. Very poor customer service.

I was really looking forward to this order, but unfortunately the pizza didn’t match what I requested. I asked for a pan pizza, light sauce, extra cheese, well done, cut into squares—but what I received was undercooked (I had to finish baking it myself), had a lot of sauce, and wasn’t cut as requested. The quality just wasn’t up to par this time. Hoping this was a one-off mistake, but it was disappointing.
This possibly has to be the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had not only did I not get my order, but they lied to Uber eats and told them that they delivered my order and then when I called the store I was Told That the manager said that he has four orders and he hasn’t delivered mine yet, they denied my refund, and My order was never delivered. I never received it and now they will not issue me my refund. I will get my refund one way or another. You guys will not get away with stealing from me. I will go as far as I need to I have kids to feed, If you have any ounce of dignity, you will listen to the recorded. Call of me being lied to. July 23, 2025 11:38pm- 11:43pm est
