DO NOT COME HERE. They are never open. They need to update their hours, this is the second time I go out of my way to get their stupid donuts and they are closed despite the website showing open...horrible management

after Krispy Kreme turned me and my kids down and refused to make some lemon and raspberry filled donuts, we decided to give donut kingdom a try and WE ARE SO GLAD WE DID!! they only had 2 lemon filled left but the lady at the register offered to make us some more.. me and the kids will be coming here from now on!
Riley was amazing, she took care of us and made my birthday even better!

I like the donuts. They are the best in town. The problem is, is that every time I think about pulling in there to get some donuts, an image of the ambush tipping comes to mind. Tipping is out of control. I have chosen Publix for my donuts four times since I wrote the original review.

Great place to get donuts and great customer service.
I've visited this establishment many times, and it's always clean and the staff is very friendly. The donuts are fresh, delicious, and come in a wide variety of flavors. They also have a limited selection of ice cream.

The sign on the door said âFree Donutsâ PLURAL and gave the date June 6, 2025. No instructions on the premises said anything about making a purchase. The girl at the counter told us we had to buy a donut in order to get a donut free. She didnât tell us that each person needed separate orders to get a free donuts until we purchased them, and then she told us that she couldnât redo the order for us. She also spent over 5 minutes messing with the computer sign over her head, before she would even take our order. We appreciate that you are occasionally willing to give away free donuts, but when you make the process complicated and convoluted, then you come across as stingy, because it seems like you really donât want to participate. The donuts were tasty, but I contribute that to the guy working in the back, who came up to help the girl with the computer sign, since it seemed like the sign was all she cared about. That is why I think the business doesnât care about their customers. We went to get a buy one donut get one free for National donut day, and they charged us for 5 donuts and only gave us one free donut, because the 4 of us didnât do separate orders. Then they wouldnât re do the order because they said a manager would have to do it, and no manager was there. Very disappointing! Stick with Krispy Kreme! They arenât stingy!

Went for the first time after Krispy Kreme refused to make my favorite lemon and raspberry filled donuts. đ© They offered to make me a fresh batch. Everyone was so kind and the food is so delicious! Will definitely be going here from now on.
