I’m not a big fan of cake donuts but these were delicious. They are made to order so you may wait a bit but one of the employees asked me if I knew how many I wanted. She then got to work right away on them. We asked for a dozen and then picked our donuts on a easy to use kiosk. They came out hot and delectable. I recommend eating them right away because the icing etc starts to melt off. The French toast donut was incredible.

Duck Donuts offers a delightful experience from start to finish. The staff’s patience in answering our questions without making us feel rushed was commendable. The kids were entertained by counting ducks hidden in odd places, adding to the fun ambiance. Watching our specific doughnuts being made was a highlight, accompanied by the ever-present smiles of the staff. Despite my attempt to capture a photo of our doughnuts, they vanished before I could return, a testament to their irresistible taste. If you haven’t been to Duck Donuts yet, it’s an experience worth trying, with amazing flavors awaiting your palate.

my partner and i went here yesterday for the first time and it exceeded expectations. the woman who helped us (didn't catch her name or i'd be shouting it out rn!) was so infectiously happy, and helpful beyond words. watching them fresh make our donuts really elevated the experience too. our eyes lit up at the first bite! you will not be disappointed at ducks donuts, that's a guarantee :)

Quick service and the person that took our order provided us with lots of information, pricing, and different products that were available. They make your order when you order. Food (doughnuts) were great. Fresh, lots of flavor and not greasy at all. Will definitely go again.
One donut at a time. Cake donut at that. Sounds like a good idea. I'm not sold on it. Staff is not friendly when answering questions. You walk into a donut shop and there aren't any donuts. People are gonna ask questions. The donut was ok. It's cake donuts. Heavy and very hot. Not my thing, especially with the horrible service and long wait for 1 donut.

Delicious, warm, and made to order. Duck donuts did not disappoint. But it is hard to hold up to local establishments such as Donut Kingdom which are bigger and more flavorful. Duck Donuts sits in its own category with a standardized donut that is simply glazed per your order and tastes. The donuts while warm and tasty lets the glaze "do the talking". Kids will also get a kick out of being able to watch the donuts made by stepping onto the pedestal to see I to the kitchen area.The establishment itself has limited seating, about 5 total barstools along a joined bar top overlooking the parking lot. Other services also include a limited breakfast sandwich menu and coffee menu.
So I love trying different donut places. I guess your favorite donut is just a matter of preference. This place has a large selection of flavors and it’s pretty cool that donuts are made to order. These donuts have a more dense cake-like consistency. That’s not my favorite type of donut but it was tasty and the service was great.
The excitement to share this experience with my coworkers was almost ruin by the attitude I received this morning.I first called thinking I could make an order over the phone due to the wait, and was they do not do that. Understanding!I placed my online order at 7:02 this morning and when I arrived at 7:10 excited to see them working on my donuts, I got two people staring at me and not a donut in site. Which was still at the moment ok, again I was only thinking about the smiles of my friends. 3 other customers came inside after me and they took care of everyone’s order before finishing my order. I walked back inside and began towatch the young lady prepare our donuts and she drop something on the floor and went to go back to my order. I kindly ask her to change gloves, before she touched anything else. She did however her and her coworker became upset with me and begin to mumble a mouth full because of it.I was so embarrassed and shocked and what made matters worse, in disgusted of what I asked she dusted/wiped all the powdered sugar from one glove all over the others.This place is not cheap! Offer no rewards from what I was told!Customer service is very important and I will not be back because everything about this visit was disappointing!

Not a lover of cake donuts so this was an expensive waste of an across town trip. Frosting melted off the donuts and ended up gluing them to the bottom of the box. They were difficult to detach from the box. Hubby liked them better than I did but even he said he would drive past other donut stores to get them. Me personally - I can get better at Publix.
