We have went here 4x in the last two weeks. We only were able to order what we wanted once. Every other time we had to go to Starbucks. They were either “out” of drinks or we heard “we close in 30 mins so we don’t make all our drinks right now”. Like what? If you are open you should be still making all your drinks. I have never had an issue with any other Dunkin’s like this one.

Literally the fastest dunkin i’ve ever been to the drive through guy was so nice and quick same with the service and they were packed with like 5 cars in front of us but we were still in and out in 5 minutes! also my iced coffee hit different

We waited so long and the food and coffee was distasteful. They asked us what did we order multiple times at the window. When we got the order it tasted terrible. They added hash browns, which we did not order, and it tasted like dish soap. This Dunkin’ would ruin your perception of what a Dunkin’s is suppose to be.

I only go to Dunkin for my morning cup of coffee. I've tried it other places, and the way I drink coffee only tastes right from Dunkin for me. I don't care which one, only taste right from Dunkin.
Ordered two medium iced cappuccino’s on 05/12/2024 and they had as much milk as they’d pour in a latte. When I expressed my disappointment, the employee responded with bad attitude.Nice location, but some staff are rude and/or not so well trained.
