Dunkin is Dunkin, so I never expect my orders to be correct, but this was just laughable. The grilled cheese is literally just warmed up sourdough with cold cheese in between.

Literally just got a churro latte and a grilled cheese and asked for oat milk, got regular milk, and my grilled cheese isn’t even melted. Husbands stuff was fine. Staff was nice at least.

I arrived before 7:30 pm and the door was locked. The girl Inside was waving her hands so I called to see if they were open. Online it says closed at 8:00pm. She said "we're closed because we're having an issue." ??????? Other tomes I've come here, female employees were busy having personal conversations while I was starting the counter. No acknowledgement. Very rude.

The worst location to order. Ordered through mobile app for walk in and the store is closed and only allowed drive thru which the line is through the road. It's hard to come out of the parking lot because of the long line. DO NOT ORDER HERE!

They advertised the new Munchkin drink on the billboard and the drive thru menu only to get up to the drive thru and be told it’s not available. False advertisement so we had to order something we didn’t want in order to get out the drive thru because it’s so small
