I recently visited this establishment at Fort Lauderdale Airport and was disappointed by several aspects of my experience. The two staff members on duty displayed a lack of friendliness and appeared disinterested in their work. When I reported fruit flies in the open donut case, one employee dismissed the issue by noting the "big fruit fly problem" and shrugged it off. Despite this, she continued to serve donuts to other customers after me while I waited for my food. Additionally, I observed a concerning practice: one employee used the same glove for handling transactions and preparing food, leading to potential cross-contamination. This lack of hygiene and customer service significantly impacted my impression of the establishment.

I’ve tried this Dunkin’ coffee and sandwiches. Disgusting is the word. Once maybe a bad day……but at least 3 times. Each time met with more disappointment. Everyone I’ve asked expressed the same disappointment. We have waited this long for nothing. Close please???

Tallahassee runs on Dunkin apparently.. even the coffee somehow tastes like donuts and I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing. However, I tried their Dunkin' midnight dark roast and I totally dig it, good bold rich flavor.

Best and freshest donuts in town!!! Order while in line and your coffee should be ready by the time you get through security. Try the Strawberry/Dragonfruit with a splash of Lemonade it is amazing. Location is wheelchair accessible as well need help on you visit ask their staff are all professional and kind!
