Ordered at 11:22 AM. I patiently waited 22 minutes before going up there to ask for my order. They asked for my name on the order but when I placed my name up front I wasn’t asked for a name.
They then asked for the contents of my order and it seemed as if they completely forgot about my order. They didn’t even start it. No apologies or nothing. I had things to do and places to go, but unfortunately spent 30 minutes on a Saturday morning waiting for one singular bacon croissant. Threw my whole schedule off :/
It’s now 11:47 AM and I am just now getting my order. Not going here again unless it’s the drive through only

I stop at dunkin every morning and have 3 or 4 years. The service at this one has to be the worst. Drive through backed up into the main highway. The young man inside taken orders in the lobby was very rude. Looks like dunkin management at this location cares nothing about teaching their employees.How to have a better attitude.

I place an order in advance on the app for a breakfast meeting and I have to say this is the best Dunkin location I have been to. The entire staff was so sweet and so helpful. I had a large order to pick up & they went the extra mile to help me out to my car and make sure everything was secure. The food was hot and ready on time and the staff was just wonderful. Will be my new go to for catering orders for sure!

will never go back here! Staff is unbelievably rude to customers! Two employees decided to yell at me in the drive through to pull up so their time won’t be affected in drive through. Do not appreciate getting yelled at by employees. This location needs to close!
came here only an hour after opening and was told they were fully out of bagels. waited in the drive through line for upwards of a LITERAL HOUR. disappointed is an understatement.

When I went to this location, it was absolutely packed. Having worked in customary service myself, I completely understand how rushes feel and despite the chaos, I was blown away by the compassion of these workers. When the rush inside seemed to end (the drive-thru was still crazy), the workers immediately asked me what I ordered and made it ASAP. They even threw in an extra donut to make up for the wait. The drink I ordered was made perfectly (and I rarely finish Dunkin coffees) and the food was hot and tasted great. I was lucky to not be in a rush myself, but truly, the kindness of those workers made my day and I can’t say enough good things about this location.
