I’ve been going to this Dunkin since starting at FSU and it has only gotten better. The staff has only gotten friendlier and the food has only gotten not only better but more consistent. If I could give every employee a Medal of Honor I would.

The savanna bananas were giving autographs and taking pictures with fans here so my brother and I gave this place a try. As you would expect they were extremely packed. My brother got two donuts and I got the mango lemonade refresher. For how packed this place was I got my drink really fast! It tasted amazing too! Would definitely come again

Three times in the past month this location has sucked. First I placed an order online, they said they didn't get it, I verified the address and everything, they were of no help. I had to contact app support for assistance. The second time I placed an order through the app and they didn't have what I wanted. They didn't have hardly anything apparently, so I had an awful drink, I will give them credit, they attempted to be accommodating. And the most recent time they asked me to park, I sat there for 10 minutes before I got pissed and left, again I had to deal with customer support through the app. I would not recommend this location at all!

Needs more workers behind the counter. The kiosks do not keep up with order demand and even when the place is nearly empty they’re behind, and it’s the fault of hiring and management, not the workers themselves. They’re sabotaged due to being understaffed.
Drinks consistently taste like soap and have a soapy residue (shiny bubbles). This needs to be addressed. Unless the soap is edible, it is a hazard. After having wasted nearly 30 minutes waiting for this particular drink alone on 11/15/2025, I decided to drive away. However, this has happened numerous times before. On 11/12/2025, I received another soapy drink, mentioned it to employees, and they made a new one.

Placed an order originally wanting a croissant egg and cheese sandwich was told there were no croissants so I did bagel instead. Sat for 20 minutes waiting for my order , another customer had to ask why I was waiting so long. turns out there were no bagels and no one bothered to inform me…croissants were available the whole time. Wish I could give no stars.
