Drinks consistently taste like soap and have a soapy residue (shiny bubbles). This needs to be addressed. Unless the soap is edible, it is a hazard. After having wasted nearly 30 minutes waiting for this particular drink alone on 11/15/2025, I decided to drive away. However, this has happened numerous times before. On 11/12/2025, I received another soapy drink, mentioned it to employees, and they made a new one.

Placed an order originally wanting a croissant egg and cheese sandwich was told there were no croissants so I did bagel instead. Sat for 20 minutes waiting for my order , another customer had to ask why I was waiting so long. turns out there were no bagels and no one bothered to inform me
croissants were available the whole time. Wish I could give no stars.

Ordered at 11:22 AM. I patiently waited 22 minutes before going up there to ask for my order. They asked for my name on the order but when I placed my name up front I wasn’t asked for a name.

They then asked for the contents of my order and it seemed as if they completely forgot about my order. They didn’t even start it. No apologies or nothing. I had things to do and places to go, but unfortunately spent 30 minutes on a Saturday morning waiting for one singular bacon croissant. Threw my whole schedule off :/

It’s now 11:47 AM and I am just now getting my order. Not going here again unless it’s the drive through only

I stop at dunkin every morning and have 3 or 4 years. The service at this one has to be the worst. Drive through backed up into the main highway. The young man inside taken orders in the lobby was very rude. Looks like dunkin management at this location cares nothing about teaching their employees.How to have a better attitude.

I place an order in advance on the app for a breakfast meeting and I have to say this is the best Dunkin location I have been to. The entire staff was so sweet and so helpful. I had a large order to pick up & they went the extra mile to help me out to my car and make sure everything was secure. The food was hot and ready on time and the staff was just wonderful. Will be my new go to for catering orders for sure!
