I place an order in advance on the app for a breakfast meeting and I have to say this is the best Dunkin location I have been to. The entire staff was so sweet and so helpful. I had a large order to pick up & they went the extra mile to help me out to my car and make sure everything was secure. The food was hot and ready on time and the staff was just wonderful. Will be my new go to for catering orders for sure!

When I went to this location, it was absolutely packed. Having worked in customary service myself, I completely understand how rushes feel and despite the chaos, I was blown away by the compassion of these workers. When the rush inside seemed to end (the drive-thru was still crazy), the workers immediately asked me what I ordered and made it ASAP. They even threw in an extra donut to make up for the wait. The drink I ordered was made perfectly (and I rarely finish Dunkin coffees)...

Jessica really cares about the customers and making sure they have a good experience. It is RARE to experience this anymore and I just want to say she is doing a fantastic job and I would highly recommend solely because of her.
