This location has the most amazing customer service! I go in the morning and I'm usually the only one there and the staff are amazingly sweet and very quick. I went through today and they were busy, line was wrapped around the building. The customer service and speed was not affected by how busy they were. That says a lot, and proves their temperament is natural. Love this location, I drive out of my way to come to this one instead of the one near my house because of the service alone.

How did you get there a couple minutes after five sometimes I get there a little earlier and have to wait because they donât start serving till 501 very strange but I guess they have the reasons the iced coffee is wonderful their morning. Coffee is delicious. I love it all. I donât eat anything there. I donât like the food, not their food just that type of food I donât eat donuts anymore. I can. I donât need the sugar so I leave it alone, but the coffee is wonderful. Thatâs what I go there for. I like the one on Mayhan the Dunkinâ Donuts on Mayhan right there past capital itâs a wonderful little location and those people are always smiling and happy, yes it just depends on the manager, but the product is good

I just left the Dunkin Donuts at 2560 N Monroe St, Tallahassee, FL 32303 on 6/28/24 at 7:30am. This is not the first time I have come to this Dunkin and the same two women are at the window at the drive thru. Every single time I come here, they are happy, sweet, welcoming. For some of us that are not morning people, their smiles and attitudes really set the tone for how the day is going to go. Whatever they are getting paid isn't enough. I will always come to this Dunkin as long as they work there. I did the survey as well.
