Im not the one to leave reviews but the experience i had at this location was unacceptable. The manager at this dunkin is extremely unprofessional and overall horrible customer service.

this store has really went down hill lately. I can through the drive through one day last week and could hear the manager ( or what i believe to be the manager) screaming at someone on the phone! the usual employees used to always be so happy and laughing and joking with all the regulars and now they don’t even seem to want to be there. I will be driving past here on my way to work from now on and stopping at a dunkin closer to home!

Giving one star because of the manager Katie. My god woman, what is wrong with you? Used to love this place but you're running off all the best workers you had. Talking shit about your workers and causing scenes is so not okay.

I’m writing this for the exceptional front counter service I received. The manager was at the drive window and attentive to all the employees and customers. She was a force and gem! I made the mistake of online ordering to a location 20 minutes away. She valued my patronage and produced the order for the sake of my convenience. The front counter girl was very nice as well. Everything was fresh and clean, considering it was a day after Labor Day weekend. Good job 👏

Swung by this morning to get my morning coffee as I do at different Dunkins across the country most mornings. It’s still the best tasting coffee in the country. But this one apparently doesn’t know how to keep grounds out of the coffee. I recommend you use a different location for your coffee. It’s horrible getting a mouth full of grounds when trying to drink a liquid.
Very rude and childish employees working at the drive thru on Saturday 7/26 at 3:15pm. I truly hope all the conversations are recorded. Pulling up to the widow and saying hello how are you after the First Gentlemen greeted me. Then it’s just quiet and I repeated myself to which again I was ignored. Then another female employee responds “welcome what can I get started for you sir?” Idk how you can gender someone through a microphone and speaker. I responded hello how are you? She ignores me and responds again saying sir. I replied that I am not a sir I am a female. It seems like they came to work to play today. She laughs and says what I never said that. I didn’t even waste my time driving up to the window and placing my order with childish behavior who are handling my food.

Service was okay. They got incorrect donuts I ordered but immediately fixed it. Donuts were okay, not warm but not stale. Really just okay.

I went and ordered several items including hash browns and a bagel. Didn't get my hash browns the first time around but accidentally got bagel bites which I did not order. The girl gave me my hash browns and told me to keep The bagel bites but when I got home I found that not only had I've been given the wrong bagel that I did not order but also it was hard as a rock (ironic considering it's literally right next to a dental office) and I couldn't even bite it! Tried calling but it went straight to voicemail. Really disappointed! Going to have to drive clear across town just to try to get this resolved! Waste of time and money! Do better Dunkin!

Called ahead to ask if they still made chocolate covered cake donuts as the Dunkin’ in Thomasville, where we live, no longer makes them. Man at this store started they sill made them and are always available. Stopped there while we were in Tallahassee of appointment. They did not have them so I tried to ask employees if I could come back and get some. Well I was ignored by all 3, even though no one was at the counter. They didn’t even seem to see me. I waved and asked for help but was ignored again. Will NEVER GO TO A DUNKIN DONUTS EVER AGAIN! Kristie Cream from now on.
