My wife and I have been coming here for years and we love the place. Only issue is in the past 6 months, the bagels have all been stale and hard. I don't know if it's a rotation issue or if it's something going on with the product being provided by corporate, but it just isn't as good as it used to be. I'll go to another Dunkin and the bagels are perfect every time, so it's just this location.

Slow drive thru despite short line. Coffee not as good as I think Dunkin can be. Bacon jam and cheese sandwich good but cold.

Upon walking in, the young lady working behind the counter was at the drive-thru window taking an order. She finally came to the front counter after about 5 minutes asked me what I wanted. I told her she turned around and started picking up dirty mixing containers out of a sink that look dirty. Made the drive-thru order picked up her cell phone and started talking on her cell phone before she made my order. I went and sat down some lady came back in with a Wendy's bag I guess another worker. The young lady still has not made my order and went over to the Wendy's bag and started eating out of it as I stood there. Countertops behind the counter when nasty I will not be back in there.

Ordered Bagel and cream cheese. There is very little cream cheese. One side has nothing other than the small amount from the other side. The other side has so little it's translucent. Very disappointing in this rip off

Stopped at dunkin at 7:30 which is open til 8. Went thru the drive thru and no one answered. We proceeded inside and they would not wait on us or speak to us. We were having to navigate the kiosk to order our drinks. There were two employees both on the phone with no concern for any customers at all. There were absolutely no doughnuts out. I do not reccomend this Dunkin. I prefer to leave good reviews and not bad ones but this experience was horrible.
Im not the one to leave reviews but the experience i had at this location was unacceptable. The manager at this dunkin is extremely unprofessional and overall horrible customer service.

this store has really went down hill lately. I can through the drive through one day last week and could hear the manager ( or what i believe to be the manager) screaming at someone on the phone! the usual employees used to always be so happy and laughing and joking with all the regulars and now they don’t even seem to want to be there. I will be driving past here on my way to work from now on and stopping at a dunkin closer to home!

I’m writing this for the exceptional front counter service I received. The manager was at the drive window and attentive to all the employees and customers. She was a force and gem! I made the mistake of online ordering to a location 20 minutes away. She valued my patronage and produced the order for the sake of my convenience. The front counter girl was very nice as well. Everything was fresh and clean, considering it was a day after Labor Day weekend. Good job 👏
