I recently had a disappointing experience at this establishment. I waited for several minutes without hearing my name called for my order, so I decided to approach the counter to check on its status. When I asked the staff member, Calli, if my order was ready, he seemed unsure and vaguely responded, "I think that's yours." I then asked if he had prepared the order himself, and he simply said, "I don’t know." At this point, the manager intervened, claiming that my order had been called out, but this was untrue—my name was never announced, and in fact, no names were called out for any customers in the store.
The lack of clarity and communication was frustrating, and the overall customer service was unprofessional. It felt like no one was fully aware of the situation or taking responsibility for ensuring orders were handled properly. I left feeling dissatisfied and frustrated, and I hope they improve both their service and internal communication moving forward.

Yall ruined my Saturday morning. I ordered a chicken and roasted pepper wrap, toasted white chocolate latte & banana bread via mobile app . I could’ve understood being sold out of the banana bread . Being that I ordered in the app, I should know that you’re sold out before I get there—or better yet before I submit the order—and wait 20 minutes in line. To my dismay, not only were yall sold out of the banana bread, but the wrap too. At that point I don’t want anything else but what I’ve paid for, refund me for what you’re out of. I drive off, stop at Wendy’s across the street, decide to hold on to my last bit of faith in y’all to sip my latte. Guess what?? IT WAS MADE INCORRECTLY & WAS DISGUSTING. No whipped cream, no caramel drizzle, or cinnamon sugar.Whatever was going on staffwise , stock wise or whatever , it’s not working . Yall won’t get my money anymore.

Showed up 20min before closing and while they didn’t out and out refuse to serve us they told us they were out of everything we asked for then when we finally asked just to get frozen coffee they said they can’t make any frozen coffee because all of their blenders were down…

This location has one of the most accurate and friendliest staffs. They also handle the rush very well.
Popped in to grab a box - our server was Sharon. Everything was clean including bathroom - staff were great and doughnuts were awesome, of course ???

Recently renovated, this Dunkin is conveniently located just off I-10 in Tallahassee. The place is clean and quick. They have normal Dunkin offerings. Parking is limited, but the drive thru is efficient.
