Very bad service, the taste of the coffees and the food was nothing like what I paid for and it took more than twenty minutes for the order to come out.

So I go to a lot of Dunkin donuts and today was the worst service I have ever had. I order the same drink every time I get a drink and for some reason the lady I guess didn't know how to make it. I'm not sure what was happening but I just ordered a caramel latte extra whip So I'm not sure. But my hash browns were horrible and the bacon was mediocre. I will definitely skip this Dunkin donuts next time and go on down the road and try that one out and see what happens. I will say Live Oak Florida is still my top favorite Dunkin donuts so far. 2/14/25 Tried it again thinking maybe it was a bad day nope lady had a attitude was a totally different lady than last time my drink sucked my bacon was burnt and was just regular Bacon I asked for the maple snack Bacon which is on their menu she said we don't have that here so idk but I'm done with this Dunkin

We arrive before closing and were told they were closed. We needed coffee for the drive didn’t want anything fancy. Told No coffee left, then watched as they carried 3 huge vats of coffee to the back. If you are open until 8, be open until 8, or don’t advertise that you are.

I like crispy bacon. I normally order in the app and my food is ready when I arrive! If it’s isn’t someone is usually very helpful in making sure it does get prepared. They move pretty fast and are pleasant workers!!!

Always hot and correct! Cream cheese was strange once must have been frozen but tasted great. Very cheerful staff!
I bought a cup from a Dunkin' on a road trip, and the first time we tried to use it, we realized it was cracked! Now, because they’re a franchise, we can’t even exchange it since we’re over 150 miles away. We were told we could exchange it *anywhere*—well, apparently not at *this* location! What started as a fun experience for my wife and niece turned into a total disaster. I will never stop at Dunkin' again. Absolutely ridiculous!

Went through the drive thru. They said they only take card but to come in and they could take cash inside. I said well, why don’t you just take the cash go over to the other register ring up cash and then I’ll have my food. They didn’t wanna seem to do that. So they stood there looking at me and I ended up leaving. I love Dunkin’ Donuts ! However this is poor customer service.i was in a hurry. Could not come in. Do better

Was traveling and decided to stop for some coffee. Ordered a hot cappuccino. When it was given to me it was Luke warm on top and then cold on the bottom.
