there’s been the worst customer service I’ve seen and gotten. I’m not sure who the manager or supervisor is but they really need new decent people who at least don’t yell at the customer through the drive through— which is literally the bare minimum for working in customers service. I’ve actually in the 3 years of going to that dunkin, I’ve met only 2 good employees. I get people go through stuff and they might not be in the best mood in the morning or just are cranky the whole day, but if you’re that type of person all the time and can’t put a face for a customers then I really suggest not.. ?… To work with customers?? I’m sorry but it’s just gotten very frustrating because everytime I go there there’s always attitude thrown or people yelling , or just not being nice at all period. Anyway I’ve had worst experiences with them, I just hope I can someday feel comfortable going to that dunkin again, because I love dunkin. But this is just very frustrating.

I randomly stopped at this location to grab a coffee. I was attended to immediately by a friendly young man. My coffee was made quickly and it tasted very fresh. The two guys working the front were both kind.

I'm annoyed. 6AM on Christmas Eve and you give a person a cold breakfast sandwich that should at least be warm, a cup that's 80% ice even when though I asked for lite ice, and FIVE hash browns in what's supposed to be a medium. 🤦🏾♀️ I never eat here, so I didn't know what to expect, but never again. I'm not going to say they didn't deserve 1 star, because the sweet tea was truly delicious, and it annoys me more that it's mostly ice.

Someone please explain why there is PLASTIC in my bagel… the cream cheese is expired and chunky? There was barely any cream cheese and the bread was stale. Extreme safety hazard honestly.

This is a great D anD. The inside is awesome and clean. The staff is always great. The bathrooms are kept up at all times.it is never packed inside. You could bring a large family here and always be accommodated.
