The morning crew of this location has been serving me for years. Are they perfect? No, of course not. But their service is always friendly and as prompt as possible.

It's very good when they get my order right. It depends on which location you go to really, but I will say that they have improved significantly in the last year or two.

I went through the drive thru at approximately 5:30 am and ordered 2 donuts. When I got home (only 5 minutes away) I realized the donuts seemed to be leftover from the day before. They were stale & cold. I was very disappointed.

The people here are so rude. I order online on a Saturday morning. I get there, and the lady hands me my two drinks. I ask for a drink tray since I don't have much space she rolls her eyes at me and gives me the drink tray. I then wait a second for the food I ordered. She looks at me like I'm crazy for still being there. I said I have food, too. With attitude, she says, "What food? Finally I got my food but I have no straws for the drinks. I politely ask for two straws. She grunts and rolls her eyes again and gives me the straws. I didn't even ask for the forks she didn't give me for my food because I didn't want to piss her off anymore for just ordering food and her doing her job. Like if you hate your job so much, quit, but don't take it out on me. I'm just trying to get some dunkin'. I won't be coming back. Ellionos is the same price, but the people and food are way better.

No one welcomed us in. Employees watched as we looked for pricing on dog toys.
NO INTERACTION with us until WE said hello. If they are not happy working here, get rid of them and hire someone who appreciates working with people. I'm turned off by crappy customer service.
Waited almost 15 minutes for food that was ordered ahead of time on the app, just for them to forget a wrap
We went there this morning and they forgot one of our sandwiches. We only ordered 4. One employee said "she claims she didn't get one of her sandwiches". The sandwiches were barely cooked. The employees were talking about how dirty the place was before one of them said she swept. They then decided it was a good idea to discuss how one of their boyfriends was not paying his fair share of their bills. The employees then started discussing toe jam while we were eating. The next topic of conversation was how "stupid" customers come through the drive thru and try and order items from McDonald's menu. The staff was completely unprofessional and rude. It's a shame that these employees weren't trained to actually be professional with customers around.

If you dont get there to get your donuts early. The later you go your chances of getting donuts that are hard and not very tasty. Must get there early. Parking could be acproblem because of other places to eat next door. Like firehouse subs. And the walgreens. And T mobile .

So I decided to go in there to get myself a coffee so I showed him the order what I want on my phone maybe because they did not understand what I have to say then I said to them I am picking up for doordash they said that they're going to contact doordash and Banned Me from the store what did I do because I show you what I was placing first you decide to catch a attitude

The morning staff is rude and they make your drinks however they want. I use to stop by every morning on my way to work, but this was the last time. DO BETTER!

I arrived a few minutes early before they opened. I asked them if they open at 5 AM, and I told them I'd be willing to patiently wait outside in my car. The lady was super rude, told me to leave immediately, then proceeded to make obscene gestures at me, then started calling the police before I could process that anyone could treat a customer like that. She did see that I have a disabled plate on my car, but that's no reason to treat someone to such vulgarities.

We dined in. Everything tasted fine. But it's interesting that other businesses give free iced tea refills, but here they want to charge full price for a refill. If it was $1, I'd say ok. But full price? Will get iced tea elsewhere next time.

Lately, they always get my order wrong. Even on a slow day, they rush to make my drink and it’s incorrect. And when I politely tell them that it isn’t what I ordered, they roll their eyes and act like it’s my fault. Definitely will have to stop coming to this location.
I come to Dunkin’ often to start my morning, but my morning started with slow and impolite service this morning, especially the lady that handed the food. Ugghhhh, please apply better service please:)
