Always inconsistent. Dont know how to make iced coffee. RUDE staff slammed the window door in my face when I asked nicely to remake my coffee. Won’t be back. Will drive the extra time to go to Thomasville Rd 32309 Dunkin.

Wow! Greeted with friendly faces, properly staffed, quick service , CLEAN!!!!!! The self serve station with napkins straws and sugars was stocked and organized. Was extremely impressed! Good for you Bradfordville Dunkin Donuts! You guys rock!!! Thank you for your positivity!!! THATS HOW YOU MAKE TIPS!

Prices went up like everything else. Donuts are smaller and their double chocolate donut has at least 20% less cocoa. The donut isn’t good anymore. It was my favorite so I won’t be visiting anymore. Too bad. I would’ve paid a little extra for the original.

I've been to this location recently twice.And both have been unpleasant. Staff has trouble communicating when asked a question about items that they have in the store. Or in my case didn't have in the store and trying to find a substution for it. So much so that I actually left the drive through and went to a different location to get the order.I was trying to get. Had great service asking for the exact same thing at the location by the flyover. Called to speak to the manager and the conversation went about the same. Was in today 10/26 and the white female in the blue shirt working the register had a snarky attitude. And was not pleasant to deal with. I was trying to give it another shot.But I will take the extra few minutes and drive to a different location each time now.

I went through the drive thru at approximately 5:30 am and ordered 2 donuts. When I got home (only 5 minutes away) I realized the donuts seemed to be leftover from the day before. They were stale & cold. I was very disappointed.

The people here are so rude. I order online on a Saturday morning. I get there, and the lady hands me my two drinks. I ask for a drink tray since I don't have much space she rolls her eyes at me and gives me the drink tray. I then wait a second for the food I ordered. She looks at me like I'm crazy for still being there. I said I have food, too. With attitude, she says, "What food? Finally I got my food but I have no straws for the drinks. I politely ask for two straws. She grunts and rolls her eyes again and gives me the straws. I didn't even ask for the forks she didn't give me for my food because I didn't want to piss her off anymore for just ordering food and her doing her job. Like if you hate your job so much, quit, but don't take it out on me. I'm just trying to get some dunkin'. I won't be coming back. Ellionos is the same price, but the people and food are way better.

We went there this morning and they forgot one of our sandwiches. We only ordered 4. One employee said "she claims she didn't get one of her sandwiches". The sandwiches were barely cooked. The employees were talking about how dirty the place was before one of them said she swept. They then decided it was a good idea to discuss how one of their boyfriends was not paying his fair share of their bills. The employees then started discussing toe jam while we were eating. The next topic of conversation was how "stupid" customers come through the drive thru and try and order items from McDonald's menu. The staff was completely unprofessional and rude. It's a shame that these employees weren't trained to actually be professional with customers around.

If you dont get there to get your donuts early. The later you go your chances of getting donuts that are hard and not very tasty. Must get there early. Parking could be acproblem because of other places to eat next door. Like firehouse subs. And the walgreens. And T mobile .
