The people here are so rude. I order online on a Saturday morning. I get there, and the lady hands me my two drinks. I ask for a drink tray since I don't have much space she rolls her eyes at me and gives me the drink tray. I then wait a second for the food I ordered. She looks at me like I'm crazy for still being there. I said I have food, too. With attitude, she says, "What food? Finally I got my food but I have no straws for the drinks. I politely ask for two straws. She grunts and rolls her eyes again and gives me the straws. I didn't even ask for the forks she didn't give me for my food because I didn't want to piss her off anymore for just ordering food and her doing her job. Like if you hate your job so much, quit, but don't take it out on me. I'm just trying to get some dunkin'. I won't be coming back. Ellionos is the same price, but the people and food are way better.

No one welcomed us in. Employees watched as we looked for pricing on dog toys. NO INTERACTION with us until WE said hello. If they are not happy working here, get rid of them and hire someone who appreciates working with people. I'm turned off by crappy customer service.

We went there this morning and they forgot one of our sandwiches. We only ordered 4. One employee said "she claims she didn't get one of her sandwiches". The sandwiches were barely cooked. The employees were talking about how dirty the place was before one of them said she swept. They then decided it was a good idea to discuss how one of their boyfriends was not paying his fair share of their bills. The employees then started discussing toe jam while we were eating. The next topic of conversation was how "stupid" customers come through the drive thru and try and order items from McDonald's menu. The staff was completely unprofessional and rude. It's a shame that these employees weren't trained to actually be professional with customers around.

If you dont get there to get your donuts early. The later you go your chances of getting donuts that are hard and not very tasty. Must get there early. Parking could be acproblem because of other places to eat next door. Like firehouse subs. And the walgreens. And T mobile .

I arrived a few minutes early before they opened. I asked them if they open at 5 AM, and I told them I'd be willing to patiently wait outside in my car. The lady was super rude, told me to leave immediately, then proceeded to make obscene gestures at me, then started calling the police before I could process that anyone could treat a customer like that. She did see that I have a disabled plate on my car, but that's no reason to treat someone to such vulgarities.

We dined in. Everything tasted fine. But it's interesting that other businesses give free iced tea refills, but here they want to charge full price for a refill. If it was $1, I'd say ok. But full price? Will get iced tea elsewhere next time.

Great tasting breakfast sandwiche. Made special trip for choclate cream Boston pastry..they LOVED IT. I was impressed with and would come here more..."if" can refill my mug which they wouldn't do. We're trying to avoid using one use plastic.

Tallahassee runs on Dunkin apparently.. even the coffee somehow tastes like donuts and I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing. I hauled a house coffee to go with a dash of almond milk, which somehow tasted as sweet as a milkshake and really not my jam whatsoever.

The guy at the drive-thru line was super rude. He rushed me while giving me my total for my order so much that I forgot to scan my reward points. Then, when I asked the guy, if it was too late, or if I could go ahead and scan my points since he rushed me the entire time, he told me no rolled his eyes and had an attitude.
