Awesome little road side ?taco spot! Food IS FABULOUS! My husband is always craving to return for more. Lol. I really love how they've created a little dining area out side their stand with twinkling Christmas lights ubove head making it in a way the ultimate "lady & the hound," type date ?night .. ?...
My family and I are originally from Monterrey, NL, Mexico, and I grew up with mostly homemade food, so I am always skeptical of eating at Mexican restaurants in the states because of how much restaurants wash their food down to please a more diverse audience than just authentic Mexican food-eaters. When I saw their tortillas though, I knew it would be authentic since they are homemade and look how my homemade tortillas look. My absolute favorite tacos are now their Al Pastor tacos....
Really great food! It was fun trying to order in Spanish and test of what I’ve learned in college Spanish 1-3. You can still get by only knowing English though. Very sweet people working. It takes a little while to get your food but it’s fresh and made to order. Had many types of tacos, gorditas, and of course pupusas! Have already been back twice in one week since discovering the place.
