Whenever I come to Tallahassee, I make it a MUST to stop by Ellianos for some delicious coffee! I love that they have a drive-thru on each side of the building. It makes waiting in line less likely, and I'm a step closer to getting my delicious cold brew! The service that is provided is top tier. All staff greats you in a friendly manner, and are great at curating your ideal drink. I will always support Ellianos! 10/10

Really rude customer service today. I got yelled at today for not remembering the name of the coffee I wanted. I couldn’t see the menu and said “toffee” when I meant “Tuscany” but the person taking my order refused to show me a menu (he came to our car while we were waiting in line and the menu was too far to read). He got very angry that we asked to see a menu and then insisted he knew the menu, ignoring our simple request for a visual to help us order. I ended up just ordering a peppermint mocha just to de-escalate the tension. I received a bland latte with neither mocha nor peppermint in it.It was a very humiliating and upsetting experience to be talked down to for something as simple as a customer wanting to see a menu. And it ruined an already stressful morning after an overwhelming medical procedure. I don’t recommend this place at all.

This place is a treat for me! I will say their lattes are on the sweet side so if you don't have a sweet tooth I would avoid them. Anything that states it has mint is a punch in the face of mint which I love! For their basic espresso drinks they are made excellent! Love to get the breve!It is a drive through only so there can be a wait but they are quick and efficient.
12.11.23 at approximately 8.30a we had our first Ellianos experience! We trekked from Wakulla Station just for the experience. I immediately explained that I was a first-timer. The care and consideration we received thereafter was great! One person brought a paper menu to my parked car.... Amazing!!! What worked well was customer service including patience & friendliness. The food (cookies & muffin) were amuse bouche! Our drinks (a simply sweetened black tea & a customized gingerbread latte) were adequately flavored. We'll definitely return with hopes of a second location opening on the other end of Tally....Dietary restrictions: I got almond milk in my latte!Kid-friendliness: My 12yo loved the menu.

I would leave 20 stars if I could!This place is AMAZING. First off, I never leave reviews. It was a must for Ellianos in Tallahassee. I placed a very large order over the phone. Typically, businesses respond pretty frustrated a large orders. Not Ellianos! They were so kind and considerate. The hospitality was great. They even waited to add ice to our drinks until I picked it up to make sure it stayed fresh. Not to mention, the products are absolutely delicious!
