Kane is very knowledgeable about the sandwiches. He made us feel very welcome and helped us choose the best sandwiches for our dinner. He was very polite and considerate. Very tasty subs and very good service. We are very pleased. He is an excellent employee.

I ordered with my coworker a few weeks ago and both of our orders were made wrong upon calling the store We spoke with the manager, Brandon ,who assured us We could have our order remade the correct way. I knew I should not have went back, but because Brandon was so nice about it I wasted time and gas on my lunch break to go back and get a remake that was made the exact same way it was before WRONG as I know for a fact a club sub comes with bacon and each time I receive no bacon I would never go back to this location because they can’t follow simple instructions on how you like your sub they make it the way they want to make it . A for effort when it comes to Brandon And his service, but his team needs to learn the menu. They need to pay attention to the tickets or they need to find another job.

I ordered using Uber Eats, and I was waiting for around ~40 mins to get my order. But the place cancelled my order. Not Uber Eats or the Delivery Driver, the Firehouse Subs cancelled my order. Guys! Please don’t make me wait that long if you’re going to cancel. I like your food, please don’t do it again.
