Had a piece of metal in my sandwich that I almost swallowed… the manager lowkey didn’t seem to care. He said they’ll remake it next time I come in but I don’t think I am ever coming back in though. The workers are all super nice other than that.

If you order delivery for a hot sandwich, it will be the softest bread/coldest sandwich. This is a 5x tested theory. Even if you put in the notes to please toast the bread, it won't happen. Bummer.

Whoever the manager is gotta get fired, there’s 2 people behind the counter working that’s it, 45-60 minute wait for a sub is not okay. Very understaffed and the workers themselves are extremely slow, making one sub every 10 minutes if that. Just terrible

I placed a mobile order when I was on my lunch break. I showed up to pick up my order and I was standing there for almost 10 minutes and nobody acknowledged me. As soon as I got my order it was wrong. I had them remake it and it still had onions and lettuce on it. Would not recommend

When I entered the store it was a bit slow and a nice gal took my order right away. Then all three ladies just walked around looking busy but not really doing anything. The order is placed, I am standing there waiting, nothing was happening though. 15 minutes later when other customers came in AND got served before me I showed my receipt and asked if they had forgotten me? Then both gals turned their backs and took two steps. One asked the other why I was standing there? HELLO! ITS A RESTAURANT! They then argued for a moment over whether or I had white or wheat bread and finally began making my food after three other people had been served. Then when I asked, the girl lied to me and said they had ordered online... As if I didn't watch them order off the menu... Customer service here is dead! Don't shop here....
