Great service when ordering on the firehouse sub app, always fast & clean, and the workers are always friendly when you’re just doing a rapid pick up order… Don’t recommend going in person or eating there due to staff attitude. Food is fresh and made to order. Prices haven’t gone up as drastically as most places around town and I’ve been going to this location and ordering the same combo since I was in high school (way back in 2011 people).

Discrimination on the Parkway.

When you know your service is purposely being delayed for an exorbitant amount of time, and then when I am forced to return to the store because it was wrong (assuming on purpose)
Yet again, I am dismissed and refused to have my sandwich remade. I left with no refund or food that I paid for.
(How do you mess up only meat & cheese).

Act 2:
When you drive back to the store and the GM Keisha Smith dismisses and ignores you and when you ask for a replacement, but she refuses, and also refuses to refund cash since I had left my CC at home upon my return to the store.

When it's so blatantly about race, and you call them out about it and are then told the following,
" It (blatant discrimination) does not matter."

I will be contacting corporate, and I will be leaving the same comments anywhere and everywhere I possibly can.
Had my sandwich simply been remade, or had I been refunded, I would have just gone away and never returned.
Now, I will be pushing this to corporate and beyond.

This is the best firehouse location in Tallahassee. The employees were very caring and fast. The food was delicious and correct.

2 days ago my husband and I went to eat at this place it was around 8:30pm and the place was empty as soon as we walked in the girl at the register with the green hair gave us a look and started mumbling. As we were ordering she never once looked at us because she was on her phone checking her notifications and at the same time rolling her eyes as we ordered. As we turned the other person cleaning the tables had already stacked the chairs so we were no able to sit so we waited for our order as more people walked in. Right now I’m going through cancer and I cannot be standing for a long time because I will start getting the a pain due to the tumor I have so I asked my husband if he could grab me a chair and we would place it back so he did. Well worst decision ever because the person that was cleaning tables started complaining to the other employees about us and we noticed it so my husband walked up to the employee and asked if there was something wrong that we were going to place the chairs back and he started saying “not to get in his face that he was just a call away from someone” I really don’t know what that meant. Then he went back to where the other employees were at and started calling someone to come to this place because someone got in his face so my husband at this point just walked outside and called the cops. We didn’t know if he was calling friends or what but we were scared so as soon as we got our food we took off. NEVER AGIAN COMING TO THIS PLACE!

Do not order Uber eats through here for pickup. They'll steal your order act like they never received it and then Uber won't refund you.

Food was excellent, however the restaurant wasn't particularly clean and the ladies bathroom was HORRENDOUS! If I'd gone to the bathroom before I ate, I would've left and NOT eaten there.

The people working are very rude. They only reason I go is because the food is good it's closest to my house eitherwise they would very get my business.
